I just wanted to say thanks for making my shopping experience with Zappos exceed my expectations above and beyond the customer service you already give. I was so happy when I received an email after ordering my shoes, saying that you upgraded my shipping to priority for no extra charge. The best part was that you did it "just because"! I was able to get my shoes the next day and am now wearing them!!! I will now make sure I check Zappos first before making a purchase with another website. :)
