Love these Keens!! My new favorites...SO comfy and attractive. I've gotten many compliments. There's no break-in period. They were extremely comfortable from the very first minute I put them on. I have worn them for hours at a time and they always feel perfect! Great for both casual and dressy wear. Keens make great shoes, and these are among the very best of the Keens I own. My other favorites from Keen: Saratoga, Peyton and Mendocino. All are VERY comfy and attractive. Also HIGHLY recommend Zappos!! They have the best selection, and their customer service is amazing!!

I purchased the Keen Sydney II in black for a trip to Europe in May. After reading the reviews, I selected a half-a-size larger than my normal size since I would be wearing socks. Shoes were very comfortable (I have wide feet) and could be worn all over Europe with socks. The shoe was a little large without socks and I added an insole so I could wear it in hotter climates without socks. I would purchase again in my regular size in a different color. The black does not work well in May (too dark a color for spring and summer). Mahalo.

I generally wear a size 8, sometimes a 7.5 but never a 8.5... Except in this shoe. My advice: order a half size up, the sizing is very far off. As for comfort: I wear orthotics in my shoes so the fact that this shoe has a removable insert was very appealing to me. Worn with my orthotics they are very comfortable, but I must say that I found the insert that came in the shoe to be downright flimsy and I don't think they would be very comfortable. The bottom line: these are great if you wear orthotics, if not you might find them to be lacking in support.

Not enough depth for me -
Since I have tried on other Keens with a nice roomy toe box, I was sad to find that the toe box on these Keens was much too shallow for my hammertoes. In addition, the strap barely reached over my very high instep (high arches) -- I had to wear the strap on the loosest hole, which meant that the padded part of the strap was on the side of my foot instead of the top! The insoles are removable, but since the insoles are already fairly thin, replacing the insoles with my orthotics did not give me any additional depth. I do not recommend these shoes for anyone who needs a lot of depth! (I cannot comment on arch support because most shoes do not have enough support to even touch my feet!) I was also not a fan of the look of this shoe -- it was a little nicer than some Keens, but the bulky shape and rubber toe protector that are common to Keens are never going to look really fashionable!

Love this shoe. No break in period, can be worn with jeans, pants and even casual skirts and dresses. As with most Keen's I've encountered, order a half size bigger than you normally would.

Great for walking -
I walked for miles and miles and these shoes were great. With socks, stockings or bare foot they were very comfortable and no break in period. Not one blister.

Great shoe!
This shoe is lovely and very comfortable. I was able to order the usual size I wear and found the fit to be perfect. A great way to step into Spring!

You will love these shoes if you have wide feet!
I have wide feet and none of the mainstream cute shoes fit me (even the 'wides' are narrow). These were perfect! Very comfortable, non-pinching, and fun. Because they're wide, you don't need the extra half size like with other Keens. I love this shoe.

A KEEPER and MUST HAVE SHOE!
Keens are my shoe. I put them on and GO. Never do I have feet pain or discomfort. I can buy them online or off the shelf and know they are right for my feet. They sometimes run a half size smaller. But this one seemed pretty true to size.

My new favorite shoe...
To wear with dance and yoga wear. : ) This shoe is way cuter than it is comfortable. I have a narrow foot so they are a bit wide for me and there is little arch support. So I put in a NAOT insole and now they are as comfortable as they are cute. : )

Looked better than in the picture. I liked the comfort and the style and was pleasantly surprised that it looked so nice on my feet. This style is just a little bit different from the traditional Mary Jane style but I like the asymmetric opening of the front.

I bought this online because a pair I bought in a store was instantly the most comfortable pair of shoes I had ever had from day one. However, this pair is slightly bigger and therefore not as comfortable.

Ordered these for my 11 year old daughter -
I ordered these for my daughter to go with her school uniform. She has had them for three weeks and absolutely loves them. She prefers these to her sneakers. She has a hard to fit foot, very wide with a narrow heel. I was concerned because they look and feel like they wouldn't have good arch support but she insists they do.

Most comfortable shoes I have ever had!
These are the second pair of Keen shoes that I bought one week after receiving the first pair. They are the most comfortable shoes that I have ever had. Plenty of room for your toes and great support. They run a little small, so order one half size larger.

Another winner from Keen -
This is my 7th pair of Keens and I love them. These feel just a tad "shorter" than some of the other Keen styles I've bought, hence the half-size smaller rating. They are still very comfortable, to the point that I'm waiting for one of the other colors in this style to come back in stock. :)

Finally!
...a shoes with looks AND comfort! A great shoe for women with wide feet. Style is straightforward and minimalistic, no frills. Not sure of the longevity of the elastic near the buckle, but I suppose it could be repaired/replaced if necessary. Do wish there were more holes in the strap, but there isn't room for them anyway since the strap goes wide in the middle. Overall, a stylish and functional shoe.

3rd pair!
This is the 3rd pair I have had of the Keen Sydney II...I wore a pair out waiting tables (2-3 nights a week for a year) and replaced them with the same style. I couldn't find a pair of mary jane's for casual wear that I liked and were comfortable enough, so I finally gave in and bought another pair of these...when I go to the restaurant, I just trade pairs. Totally comfortable.

I love how these shoes look and feel!! The only thing is I wish the arch was a little bigger, I just slipped in a pair of inserts and they turned out fine :D

 |  | I just can't get over how fast your service is!! No company ships as fast as your company does. This is my forth order with you and I have never had a problem... My order goes through the same day and within that day or a day later, I'm getting an email saying my order has been shipped.; WOW!!! I don't see how a company your size can be so organized! If I could order everything from your company I would (food, clothing, gas ect...) kidding. Keep up the great job and I will keep ordering.
