This is my favorite bag! I love the size. The patent leather looks classy no matter what you pair it with. I have it in black. I love the wide strap. I have other Brightons with the braided strap and this one is much more comfortable on the shoulder. I have gotten numerous compliments on this bag.

Shoulder strap -
Love the look of the bag and the size, but I am not happy with the strap... wish it was a little more slender in the center for your hand to be comfortable. The bag sold me with the size and the lining and the pockets, but now I wish I had looked further for a prettier strap.

Love this bag - This Cher bag is overall the best bag ever. I love the feel of it and the way it sits on your shoulder. It is big enough to hold all essentials plus a water bottle without being overly big and gawky. If you are looking for a great handbag, this is it. I have the white and just got the plum, love the plum color. Zappos also has the fastest shipping on Earth.

 |  | I can't thank you enough! I have always had a difficult time finding comfortable shoes because I have a very narrow foot. I now have a medical foot issue that has progressed to the point of needing to replace nearly all of my shoes with relatively flat, well-made (translation: expensive) shoes to enable me just to walk without excessive pain. Needless to say, it is difficult to know immediately if a given shoe will both fit my narrow foot and not cause a great deal of pain after an hour of wear. Your free-return policy has been a true blessing to me. It is not easy to spend $170.00 on a pair of shoes that may hurt my feet after an hour and be unwearable if those shoes cannot be returned easily. The specialty shoe store in my area is great, but they offer a limited selection and any special orders can only be returned with a 15% restocking fee. Other online shoe stores require me to pay the return shipping fee and cannot begin to match the customer service that you provide. This can get costly and time consuming when one has the type of issues I have and needs to replace an entire wardrobe of shoes with well-built shoes. I have to say, even if I did not have foot issues, Zappos would be my shoe store for the selection and great customer service alone. Additionally, you offer such quick shipping, the best customer service I have found in as long as I can remember and great selection. I am incredibly happy that I was told about Zappos. You have simplified this part of my life, and believe me, with my foot pain, that is a very large part of my life. I have written other thank you notes to Zappos as well, but I wanted to send a special note of thanks for the quick shipping. I will continue to rave about Zappos to friends and family!
