The shoes were very nice. My son loves them. He wears them to school every day. My son is really ruff and his sons still look great after about 1-2 months. Thats great for him!! It did not take long to receive the shoes. I ordered them on a Friday and received them on a Monday.

Fit great!
These shoes fit great. The ONLY draw back is that they look more like an old person's walking shoe than a young kid's dress shoe.

Low quality leather -
Very cheap-looking and low quality leather. Will not hold wear well. Even when new these shoes look used. Besides that everything else is OK.

Good shoe, bad on wood floors.
I am not sure if this shoe is the same exact shoe as last years Kenneth Cole Reaction Pop Rock. My son just had to have them and he loved them. However, he was only allowed to put them on at the front door leaving the house. They marked my wood floors with every step. They were comfortable, but did not wear as well as others such as Stride Rite Coopers or Timberlands.

It took about a week to break them in. I walk around all day on a concrete floor. I like them and I'm going to buy the brown ones soon.

Tiny, happy feet -
I was apprehensive about buying shoes online, sight-unseen. I had, however exhausted all resources at stand-alone shoe stores, malls etc...So, out of sheer desperation, I purchased this model from you. I need a shoe that I can put on at 06:00 and take off at 20:00 due to the nature of my work. I am 50 years old and need an 'adult' looking shoe, but my feet are child-sized. I was unbelievably surprised when at the end of the first day, I had no blisters! Leather shoes usually require some break-in period, but not these! They look kind of 'clumpy' but hey, looks aren't everything! Unsure what size to get, I took a chance at a half size. They are a perfect fit! I doubt that I will EVER go in another shoe store. You have spoiled me with the first sale! I look forward to my next pair!

Tried on at another store. They didn't have his size. Ordered from Zappos.com. Came quickly - fit perfectly!

 |  | Can I just say, I have always hated shopping for shoes until I stumbled upon Zappos. Zappos has changed the way I shoe shop. Since discovering Zappos, it is the only place I shoe shop. No more dragging from store to store to find the right shoes and the right size. I love Zappos! I have ordered dress shoes, boots and casual shoes from Zappos. On occasions I have had to return shoes because they just were not what I wanted; either they did not feel right or they were not the look I wanted. The return policy is so easy and Zappos does not make you feel guilty for returns! P.S. My husband even shops from Zappos now. He cannot believe how great the customer service is. We love you Zappos!
