Brought these for my 80 year old mother who had hip surgery and has disability (she requires orthotics). Shoes are very comfortable and easy to get into and out of. These are her favorite shoes and she wears them almost all the time. I highly recommend them and I will be purchasing another pair.

Very pleased with Zappo's in all respects. Product was good, more reasonable than in stores and with free shipping, can't be beat. I had the Rieker shoes several days earlier than I thought as they sent them quick delivery instead of standard at no cost to me, which shows excellent service and that is the name of success in a business.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: I like Rieker\'s as you can always plan on a size being the same and fitting.

These sandals with the adjustable ankle strap and adjustable toe band were the answer for me. I broke my right ankle earlier this year and I'm still having quite a bit of swelling. I wanted shoes that would accommodate my two different sized feet and would look nice with a dress. They also have a good sole and are very comfortable.

This is a great shoe, very true to size and immensely comfortable. However, if you're looking for a sandal with removable insoles in the hopes of having orthotics made, these won't work. They are too pliable for custom-made orthotics. Other than that, they are as comfortable as walking on a cloud.

This was the first time I ordered from Zappos and I was very happy with the quick service I received. I ordered 3 pairs of these sandals, 2 in black and 1 in brown. I had purchased 2 pairs of these shoes last year from a local shoe store in town. I thoroughly enjoyed these shoes for their comfort and great looks. They go well with casual and dress casual attire. Their comfort is absolutely A+ plus, it is great that you can remove the innersole and wash, dry them, and then replace the innersole into the sandal and they’re like new again. The velcro toe & ankle area make adjustments a breeze. I will be continuing to use Zappos for shoe purchases; they make it so easy!

These shoes are great! I wanted the red but they were unavailable – but had to have the black. I think these are wonderful for anyone with foot issues. Almost everything on the shoe is adjustable. I read that some ladies felt the leather was too rough on the top of their foot. That hasn't happened for me. If I have an issue with them it would be a lack of arch support.

Seem great - have not worn them yet -
Just tried on, but the second pair of Rieker I have bought through Zappos and the sizing ran very true. Some of the comments talked about the leather a bit tight on the top of foot, and that is true. I think it will wear smooth after a few walks... really like them. I LOVED my first pair of Reiker’s, a pair of boots. Thus, I have high hopes for these as well. We are going to Israel for three weeks this summer and I bought them specifically for the trip.

Perfect travel sandal -
Got these for travel. My feet tend to swell after a long flight and these are totally adjustable for comfort--in three places. Walked and walked and they remained comfy. Great sandals. European sizes are in between American ones, you might need to try one up and one down for correct fit.

Almost perfect.
This Rieker sandal is very cute and is quite comfortable except for the rough finish on the underside of the instep flap. I'm afraid the rubbing across the top of my bare foot will be too irritating, so I am returning the pair. Otherwise, this is a smart sandal because the three Velcro adjustment options can make it a custom fit. One more comment: I think the right shoe was a tad shorter than the left shoe. Although my left foot is my larger foot and the 36M fit it fine, my toes came up to the edge on the right shoe. Perhaps it was just this particular pair.

Just what I wanted -
The leather is a little stiff on my bare feet, but it's more of a dress shoe than a beach shoe anyway.

I ordered this sandal reluctantly and only because the two other Reiker’s I wanted were not available in 9 1/2 med (41) which is all too often the case at otherwise-perfect Zappos. But these are lovely, at least in the champagne color, very attractive and certainly comfortable. The only drawback is no arch support, so you will not want to walk far in them.

Comfy with style -
My one foot swells and was looking for velcro to accommodate my problem. This shoe fits the bill. It has three areas you can adjust, the heel, the toe, and the ankle. The leather is soft, the footbed is soft leather also, and the shoe has style. More style than a lot of other velcro closure shoes.

C'est magnifique!
This French design will fit any foot on the planet. The cool design allows adjustment at all points -- ankle, width, heel. The French really know how to make a comfortable, yet chic shoe. BTW, I found this shoe in Paris, but they didn't have my size. So what did I do but check on Zappos when I got back and voila! There it was at a fraction of what the Euro cost!

Great shoe -
Very comfortable and nice-looking sandal. Sole is shaped and cushioned well. I needed a little more arch/metatarsal support - but this was easy to add by putting a small cushion underneath the removable footbed.

Almost the perfect sandal -
I was on a quest for the perfect sandal and thought it had ended here. I put them on and they felt great- the footbed is a really soft suede, the straps can be adjusted to fit my odd feet, and they are pretty cute. But when I walked in them the lining of the front was really stiff and rubbed my feet. I looked inside and it looked like some sort of synthetic leather, and according to they symbols on the shoe the lining is synthetic. If they had been lined with leather or at least a soft synthetic fabric they would have been perfect. If you have tough feet they would probably be okay.

Comfortable and lightweight -
The fit is excellent, the fabric is a little stiffer than expected, but overall, the shoe is extremely comfortable, lots of support and good light weight for hot days.

Adorable sandal -
I love these shoes! They fit perfectly the moment I put them on; I have walked miles in them. They are functional without being clunky looking, in fact, they are darn cute on the foot (and I have a good sized foot!) I got these as a replacement for some Josef Siebel sandals from last season, heartbroken that they'd been discontinued, and these are BETTER!!
