Nason boots: a no-brainer -
The only boots I wear are Mark Nason. I have 4 pair in various styles. The fit is perfect (I'm normally a 9.5, I go down to 8.5 in Nason boots). The look is edgy. They break in nicely and last forever. It's nice to have a brand that you just know works. There's no trying and deciding and sending back, blah, blah, blah. Bottom line: don't hesitate, buy these boots. They're worth every penny.

Beautiful -
I had been wanting some Mark Nason boots for a couple of years. It's been worth the wait. I love them and hope to get more, but since they are not inexpensive, it may be a while.

Exceeds expectations -
Yes, it is a pricey boot. But, the workmanship is excellent and the style makes this boot very versatile in matching just about any casual wear. The cut of the boot is form-fitting without feeling tight, and getting used to them took me about three minutes of wearing with my favorite pair of jeans and a sport coat. If you’re looking for a pair of boots that will last a very long time these are the ones.

 |  | I am writing to let you know how helpful the staff at Zappos has been in assisting me. I recently ordered a pair of shoes and then decided I did not want them. I submitted an email explaining my situation. It was responded to almost immediately. I was told that the order had already shipped but that Zappos would contact UPS for me, something I'm sure other companies would not bother doing, and recall the order. It was completely done for me by the excellent staff you have there. I received my refund within two days of my original order.
