Love these shoes. So comfortable right out of the box. My first wear was an all-day tailgate Saturday; on my feet all day in comfort. No blisters. I've had them about 1 month and they've worked out great.

Love the sneakers, love the history behind them. Love Converse, but these are a unique alternative to the ubiquitous all stars. Comfy, and the perfect summer sneak.

I ordered my beloved PF Flyers from Zappos. I have had a thing for PF Flyers since my youth when they helped me run faster and jump higher (as the commercials told me so). First of all, Zappos had every style available, unlike every other retailer I checked. The transaction was quick and easy. I couldn't have asked for better service. When my current pair wears out, I will be back for another. I got to stay fast!

This is a great shoe. The look is classic and the comfort is pretty good. It's certainly not a running shoe but for what it is they are great. I have to use special orthotics and they fit fine in them, which was key for my beat-up feet.

I like these shoes a good bit, but they are wearing down too fast for me. On the plus side, they are comfortable, they have good grip, dry fast, and they look fairly normal. This is perfect since I wanted a shoe that could be worn in most situations inside and outside. Unfortunately the back inside of the heel has started to rip after about a month of use. This is because there is some sort of plastic piece that keeps the heel stiff and it has cracked and ripped the fabric because I sometimes just step on the back section and use them as slippers. So I guess it’s my fault, but really if they were made better, I don’t think this would have happened. Other than that, they are great.

These are TOTALLY awesome!
When I put these on for the first time and walked around, I thought they were kind of stiff and the tongue and sides kind of poked into my foot, but I thought they'd break in...now they're so comfy, I wear them everywhere, but I'm trying so hard to keep them clean. I don't wear them when it rains! I've had many compliments "Your shoes are cute"...all the time. Sometimes the tongue has to be adjusted just right so it doesn't wrinkle and irritate the top of your foot, but it's a rare event. VERY well made.

Definitely run small -
Cool looking alternative to the common Chuck Taylor Converse. Dig those cool stripes on the heel! This shoe has subtle style. Adults can wear this shoe without feeling like they're trying to look like a teenager. You know what I mean...when you see someone in their 30s-40s wearing some loud colored Chuck Taylors you just think it's a bit of a pathetic Peter Pan syndrome.
Anyway...these run very small/narrow. Definitely order at least a half size larger than you would normally wear. And very little arch support if you have flat feet.

For those looking for an alternative to Chuck Taylors check these out. My second pair of PF Flyers and would not hesitate purchasing another. Well made.

Awesome, but small -
These are really sharp-looking shoes, and I got multiple compliments on them the first day I wore them. However, I usually ran between a 9.5 and a 10, depending on the company; I ordered a 10, and I can't wear anything but the thinnest socks in them. Even so ... they're worth it.

Love my new shoes -
I love my new PF Flyers. I saw them on Naomi Watts in a People magazine and thought they looked cute. They're kind of retro - patented in about 1933! And are pretty comfortable. I also loved the quick (free!) delivery.

Exactly what I had hoped they would be, the kind of sneaker that I can wear anytime I want. Quality good; these don't seem as 'flimsy' as other canvas sneakers I've had.

PF Flyers Grounder-Great shoe! This must be a 46er club; I had several pairs when I was a kid and have rediscovered this fun sneaker. They are quite comfortable, as this type of shoe goes. Not a whole lot of support, but great for knockin' around. I'm usually a 7.5, but bought 8 after reading other reviews, and they fit perfectly. They're definitely NOT for wide feet, which suits me fine. Also, the natural canvas is better than screaming white, doesn't shoe as much dirt. A little different than Converse, which is nice.

I like these shoes they really made my feet feel groovy. And when I walk in them I don’t get sore feet like I used to. So if you are thinking of purchasing a sneaker such as this, I would recommend it all the way.

These are comfortable, versatile and stylish. They're not flashy, but they do have a unique look that sets them apart from your average Converse Chucks. They don't have a whole lot of support, but I did do quite a bit of walking in them when I first got them, and I still thought they felt comfortable at the end of the day. Great shoe for the price!

Like two other of the reviewers of this item, I too am 46, and I wanted these sneakers when I was a kid. I purchased three pairs, and now I'm the coolest kid in the playground. These shoes are comfortable, retro, funky, and fun! Everybody wants to know "what kind of sneakers are those?"
They are iconic, classic, and iconoclastic.

Run faster and jump higher!
I was so excited when I found PF Flyers at Zappos! They are the sneakers of my childhood (I'm 46). I am enjoying the fact that I feel like a 6 year old in them- I am reminded not to be so serious about stuff that I can't control anyway! So there you go- sneakers that do counseling. They are so very comfortable! Even if I hadn't gotten lots of compliments on them- I have- I would adore them.

SWEET sneakers!
Normally, I wear a size 8.5 but all my PF's are size 9.5's. Not a problem at all, IMHO. I have 4 pairs of PF Flyers and find them to be the most comfortable sneakers out there, as well as the highest quality. The toe box is a little wider then on Chuck Taylor's, making them a more comfortable fit for a normal to wide foot. The shoes get comments wherever I go, and I'm a 46 year old man. Yes, the kids think they're cool (I'm a teacher and wear them to school). Fantastic shoe, overall.

I love this shoe!
It is so Micha Barton in a way, but it is really comfy too. I love pf flyers now, and my mom and dad think it is so funny that I have a pair like they did. They are an awesome shoe, that I will continue to buy for years to come!
