These shoes fit great and are very comfortable. I wear them almost every day. I have a hard time finding shoes that fit because of my narrow feet and I am so glad I bought these.

Franco Sarto is one of my favorite makers of "career" shoes, and these are probably the best pair I own. They have very flattering heels, yet are incredibly comfortable (more so than lots of my lower heeled styles). I am going to buy a second pair, since my size (11) is hard to come by in shoes this nice. Once again, Zappos came through!

Have purchased this shoe in 8.5 M and they were comfy after a little break in. Needed a replacement pair and decided to give the 8.5 W a try and wore them for the first time today, all day. No break in, completely comfortable. Nice solid shoe that encompasses the whole foot (like a boot feel). Highly recommended for a basic work shoe on those days when you just don't have it in you to wear pointy and high.

Purchased these shoes to replace my favorite pair which have walked all over. This new pair fits well, is very comfortable, cushioned on the ball of the foot. I\'m still breaking them in, but love them!

These are really cute shoes - well made and at a reasonable price. However, they don\'t run true to size; I ended up needing to order a 1/2 size larger (9 vs. 8 1/2).

This is my second pair of Franco Sarto shoes. After buying this pair, I am a customer for life. These shoes are incredibly comfortable, and I love the sleek design. The one problem I had with the pair is when you shake one of the shoes, there is a slight rattling noise, as if something is trapped inside the heel. However, it is so faint, it didn\'t bother me enough to send them back. To top it off, Zappos has provided great service!

I love Franco Sarto shoes. This shoe (Nolan) is a great shoe for "office" pants, jeans, some skirts and it fits perfectly. Heel not too high and comfortable for the day. Highly recommend!

I love these. I wish they were available in a slightly lower heel height, but they\'ve solved a problem for me (a Liz Claiborne shoe I used to love that\'s no longer made was my favorite before this). I have a bunion that is aggravated by shoes which are too LOW, yet I must be on my feet all day because I\'m a public speaker and I travel daily. I need shoes that can pound through airports, get on and off trains and planes, and look classy with dress pants.

These are my absolute favorite work shoes! I've owned 3 pairs. They're incredibly comfortable. I can wear them all day long. It's a simple classic style. It's got a nice heel that gives that extra height. I love these shoes!

This shoe is not true to size. It had a snug fit on my wide feet, but I kept them because of the sleek look. I\'ll wear these shoes on days that do not require a lot of walking.

This is my second pair of Franco Sarto shoes and they’ve both been wonderful. They are perfect for work and I can walk a fair distance in them without hurting my feet - something you can’t say about most dress shoes. I have narrow feet and struggle to find shoes that fit, but the "N" width was perfect in these. They have a little higher heel than I normally wear, but I love the extra height without the extra discomfort that comes with most higher heels.

These shoes are wonderful. I have both the black and the brown pair. The lines are clean; they are super comfortable; the support is really good, and they look great with slacks as well as jeans. I bought them mostly for pant suits (office wear) but find myself slipping into them with all of my pants. That's another plus; they are not only polished looking but they are also easy to get into, just like slippers. I'm thinking of buying back up pairs in case they are ever discontinued (the price is very reasonable). Buy them; you'll love them.

Fabulous shoe -
I bought this shoe two or three years ago. Wore it all the time with pants, sometimes with the right kind of skirt. Simply loved and lived in this shoe (I have others of course…). However, even despite good care and visits to the shoe repair shop, they were wearing out. I was heartbroken because I could not find a replacement pair; I am tall and wear a size 12 and could not find these on Zappos. Suddenly... there they were. I snapped up the new pair and am ecstatic to have a replacement. A simply great shoe. I do wish Zappos would carry more 12s, especially Franco Sarto.

If they quit making this shoe I will have nothing to wear to work. I work in a restaurant 10-12 hours a day and this is the only shoe that allows me to be on my feet that many hours day. Women need closed toe and heel shoes for many professions. Please keep making this shoe.

I have a wide foot and a high arch - shoes are impossible for me. These fit SPECTACULARLY in the wide width. So comfortable and the heel height is great. My only regret... I didn't buy 3 pairs :)

These shoes are very cute and are a lot lighter in color than pictured. I put them on and walked on a hardwood floor and nearly slipped. The heel does not have any type of traction. It is just the same material as the heel. That is mostly why I ended up returning them. They were comfortable for the time I had them on - but a little tight around the widest part of my foot.

Love these. Worn them for 4 hours first time and they do get a little slippery when my feet sweat. But they ran true to size and also a little wide. I wear a 12 and it’s hard to get cute shoes. I also ordered them in Patent leather. Neither color the patent or nappa ran small. Great shoe and holds up better than Me Too flats.

I love these shoes! They were comfortable right out of the box. I wore them to work (a full 9 hours) the first time I wore them and no blisters, no stiffness, just comfort. I have had many compliments on them.

Hard working shoe -
I needed a classic black shoe to wear with work slacks: this shoe has a nice wide round toe box that allows for more flexibility for my toes and the heel is a good hight. Standing at a cocktail reception for four hours proved to be painful, but the venue had concrete floors, always a challenge. When these shoes break in, they will be a wardrobe staple.

 |  | I just want to thank you, and commend the customer service staff at Zappos. I just couldn't believe it when you actually kept me abreast of the certain pair of shoes I was looking for! Having a size 4- 1/2 foot, is very hard finding shoes. I could wear certain kinds of shoes such as boots, clogs, etc…but having to wear 3 heavy pairs of socks in order for them to fit! Well, they fit, but my feet kill me! Clogs such as the ones I purchased, seem to be more comfortable. I'm just hoping that they're not too big for me. I can’t wait to get them and see!
