Very cool, but heavy to wear all day...
Great looking style. ALL the kids at school have them I'm told. A lot of fun to roll around the blacktop after school. My son finds them tiring at the end of the school day though, it's a pretty bulky/heavy shoe.

B&W Fleet -
My only problem is getting used to the wheels. I was trying to help my daughter & that is why I got them. So far neither of us are getting it. Hers hurt her feet, but mine feel fine. I wouldn't wear them as regular sneakers, but I would gladly glide on them. Hopefully I'll get comfortable with them soon, so my daughter might follow suit.

Heelys for my baby -
My 10 year old Austin likes his shoes a lot. The only complaint is that he feels like he is wearing "heels" when he isn't skating. Oh well. He begged for them!

My son loved the shoe, although it fit a bit too big (it's recommended to buy a size larger than normal which didn't work out in our case).

My 10 yr old really loves these and nobody has them. Zappos price matched them too which was wonderful because I saved even more. The overnight shipping was a huge selling point. Love Zappos!

Grandson loved the fit and fun of this Heelys shoe -
My grandson loved the feel and the fun of this shoe, which I purchased for his 11th birthday. Took the advice and ordered one size larger than his normal shoe size and they fit perfect. I was pleasantly surprised at the fast delivery and at no charge. I will purchase from this store again.

Zappos is wonderful!!
As a first time Heelys buyer for my 7 year old, I called Zappos, and the wonderful rep guided me through the buying process, confirming the right shoe size, the right size wheel, the right model. She was a rep in training, so when I needed advice she couldn't give, she got her manager involved, and the 3 of us selected the perfect birthday present for my son. They arrived the next day, as promised, and my son has taken them off only to sleep and go to school. Fabulous customer service for a fun product with an unbelievably fast delivery process!!

Wonderful shoes at a wonderful price.
These shoes are just great. My niece and nephew love them. They are durable shoes in themselves. They are the real deal - do not be fooled by the imitation ones out there - they in no way compare to the real Heelys. The free shipping was really the deal breaker for me - even the return shipping was free - you won't get a better deal than that anywhere! You just can't go wrong with Zappos.com.

My order did come in quickly and free, as promised. The shoes looked just like they were in the picture for the advertisement. My son was very happy with the shoes. He is 8 years old, and he has wanted Heelys for a long time. When he first put them on, I thought he was going to break his little neck. I wondered if I did the right thing by purchasing the shoes. Perhaps they should come with protective gear! He likes them, but they seem to be a pain in the butt for everyday wearing, to be honest. He doesn't wear them as much as I thought he would. Quite frankly, it has taken him a while to get the hang of the shoes. I don't know if he likes them as much as he thought he would. He has not complained that they are uncomfortable or anything, but he really doesn't wear them much.

My son’s Heelys -
We gave our son Heelys for Christmas and from then until March he had worn them out. So we gave him a new pair for his birthday and he was extremely happy. Now he doesn't mind going shopping with mommy. I just hope that stores don't start not allowing kids to use them inside them.

These are great!!
I have an eight year old who sleeps in his Heelys, he loves them so much. We have been very happy with our purchase. We went ahead and ordered one size bigger because many people suggested that was a good idea, but ended up having to return them and get his actual size. He's been a roller-boy ever since!

The PERFECT gift for a 9 year old!!!
This was a birthday gift for our 9 year old! He loves them!!! He wears a size 2 in NIKE brand and said these fit the same as his "regular shoes".

Alex's second pair of Heelys -
This is the second pair Alex had to have! With his first pair, he had a bit of trouble staying up, but in a matter of days he became a pro. He loves them and so do we because they get him doing something other than video games!

My son loves these but it takes a few days to get the hang of them. Next time we will check out the retractable wheel version. As he has lost and found the plugs for the shoes a couple of times now.

Enjoy them, but be aware...they're not easy!
I do not recommend any Heelys type shoe for kids under 6 or 7...my son received these for his 7th b-day and has had some pretty hard falls already. They're a bit hard to tie (leather is very firm) and he require my help, otherwise, they're too loose. And they're expensive...you can buy cheaper knock-offs, but I just feel like my boys should be in really good shoes. He's loving them, but these are the considerations.

My son was thrilled with the Heelys. I took the advice of many from this sight and ordered a size larger than what he actually is and this worked out perfectly.
My biggest praise goes to Zappos. What a pleasant experience buy from you. I ordered the shoe on a Saturday afternoon and had them by Monday afternoon. My daughter and I have narrow feet and are limited in our area with places we can go buy shoes. Most places carry wide, but not narrow. Your return policy is perfect for us and will keep us coming back time and time again.

Though they may have been a little smaller than a normal size 9, these shoes, which I bought for my wife, weren't a full size smaller than marked. All the other reviews were for kid's sizes.
Not easy to learn either!

GREAT GIFT -
We gave these Heelys to our Grandson for his 9th birthday (his first pair) and he was absolutely thrilled. We were all impressed by the quality and the look, however, our mild north east winter has taken a true wintery turn and he won't be able to really try them out until things warm up a bit. We did order up as your reviews had suggested, and this will work out fine as he really won't be using them until spring. As usual, Zappos has really come through with flying colors.
