I figured I would have them by the coming Monday. Instead, they came during my Bible study session. I couldn't figure out why UPS was in the driveway. When I saw the box with ZAPPOS on it, I almost was not able to get back in the house. Thank you for such wonderful service. The shoes are wonderful. I wanted all leather and that is why I purchased the Pacific. They do look manly, even though the box indicates women. My heels immediately dropped, the strain immediately left my knees, and I found myself back and erect as it had been published. I will purchase your products again.
