This is an excellent product. My daughter wore these shoes for two full school years. The only reason I had to buy a new pair was because she grew out of them. These shoes are excellent!

A surprise favorite -
My 7-year-old did not want these at first, since they were plain white. But a look of "ahhhh" came over her face when she put these little extra-wide shoes on her little extra-wide feet, and she wanted to wear no other shoes for many days after (even though she also got some other, colorful sneakers on the same day). They are still the preferred ones, weeks later. Nothing succeeds like a shoe that really fits!

My son has always had a wider foot and New Balance have always been the most comfortable shoe for him. He likes the all white look so 5 stars from him, but I prefer a little bit of color! As long as he is happy, I am happy. Zappos is the best way to shop for shoes!!

We ordered the same shoe in the 621 and the 622 (we were looking for uniform ALL WHITE sneakers) and this shoe actually won over for me AND my daughter, without me even trying to influence her! I liked it better than the 622 because this one is ALL LEATHER, no mesh, which when I thought about cleaning it, this one might look better longer term and then for my daughter, she likes the softer inside. Since she has been wearing them every day for 3 weeks she now thinks that they feel tight. I am not sure that she grew, BUT if you’re debating between two sizes, you can do like I did, order more than one size in your first order so you can compare, or I would suggest you could get away with ordering a half size bigger because the shoe has a lot of cushioning in it. Even though it fits my daughter well, it is snug getting her foot in there, and I think if I had ordered a half size bigger, I could have just laced it tighter and gotten away with it. Oh well. I will probably end up ordering another one of these pairs half way through the year. We ordered several other brands of all white sneakers (traditional Keds, K-Swiss and one other, can't remember) but these were best for support and I think will hold up best. If you’re looking for fashion, some others might be cuter, but I needed something that gives good support for my daughter’s ankles too.

Not just for kids -
I am an adult with a small foot. Finding a well fitting footwear is difficult. This is a great sneaker, very comfortable, and supports the foot. I wear only New Balance.

Great Shoe!
We purchased this shoe as a last hope for our daughters feet cramps. They have performed brilliantly. We went on vacation, and with all the walking she did, she encountered no cramps in the feet at all. This is a great shoe should your child experience the same problems with their feet. We purchased a pair in the toddler size for our son, who also experiences cramping in the feet, and they work great.

The NB 621 are great shoes, and they met my expectations. I plan to buy the same shoes again when they are needed. Zappos service is great, and it saves me from going from one shoe store to another to buy shoes. Prices are reasonable too.

Good school shoe, for boys or girls.
I bought this shoe for my daughter and my son. They have been wearing them to school for the last two weeks. I notice that the shoes are holding up well and the kids like them a lot. The quality shows because I notice that they aren't really getting dirty, which seems impossible with a white shoe. They are well made and worth every penny. I would buy this shoe for my kids again, once they grow out of these.

Kid's New Balance Sneakers are Awesome!
I was always told that New Balance sneakers would be the best for me. You see, I'm an adult that must wear kid's size shoes because I have small feet. I recently wore them on a flight and had to run through the airport to catch my plane, and they were the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn! Thanks, Zappos!

Zappos.com is the best!
Zappos.com is the first place I have found small extra wide shoes. No regular store carries my shoe size. I can try my shoes on in the privacy of my own home, walk around in them for a while, and be confident of my purchase. Free shipping both ways is the best deal around.

Purchased a pair of New Balance for my son’s school uniform (had to white as part of the uniform). He loves the shoes and said they are very comfortable.
I've ordered from ZAPPOS before and always search their inventory before traveling to the store. ZAPPOS has a plethora of styles, great customer service and fast delivery.

The extra wide width is a plus -
I wish more shoe manufacturers would offer extra wide shoes in children's sizes. I usually have to go up a size and a half, just to get the extra width. With these shoes I can order the proper size and there is plenty of width. Very comfortable.

 |  | I am a F.T. bar tender and am on my feet all night standing, walking and sometimes running! I work hard! I have had the same work shoes that I LOVE for about 10 years! I found your site through my daughter and found a pair of what I thought would be good work shoes. I saved my tips and months later made the order. I was ambivalent about spending so much money on SHOES but decided to just do it! They arrived yesterday morning! I wore them last night for the first time forgetting to bring a back up pair in case they hurt (new shoes and all). Well, I'm just sooooo happy to say that I LOVE them! My feet were just fine – ALL NIGHT! They were like wearing slippers w/ arch support. This morning I put my poor old tired out work shoes in the trash with no regrets!
