Super comfortable!
These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I never believed they were as great as people said until I had a pair of my own.

Color rubbing off -
This is the 2nd pair of Tasman's that we have purchased. The first pair was Chestnut and still looks great. The black ones must be dyed inside and the color rubs off onto your feet. It took almost 3 showers to get it off!!!! You really need to wear black socks with these until the dye wears off. Kind of defeats the purpose of the warm lining. Love the look but disappointed in the quality of the dye job!

I bought these shoes for my daughter. She already had a pair of UGG boots and was wearing them everyday. The Tasman is the perfect second pair. They are a great to throw on after soccer shoe and just as great anywhere shoe.

I gave these to my niece for her birthday in September and she hasn't taken them off since!! She loves them and says that they are the most comfortable shoe she has ever worn!!

I bought these for my four year old and he has loved these ever since. They are so easy to slip on and off and they are so comfortable. I have a hard time making him wear other shoes.

For someone that is very particular with what goes on her feet. She slips these on and off she goes. I think they only feel smaller because of the lining of the shoe. We ordered 1 Size larger than her foot size.

Cute shoe, short in the toe area though -
I'm a women's size 6 and ordered a youth size 4. These shoes are adorable and really comfy, except my big toe butts up against the front of the shoe. Even so, they remain pretty comfortable, and I've gotten tons of compliments.

I've had this work shoe about 7 months, and, it is the most comfortable work shoe/boot that I've ever had. The running-shoe type midsole gives a lot of cushioning (and of course, will diminish over time just like a running shoe), while the shoe provides much greater stability than a running shoe could ever have. The outsole provides very good traction in most conditions, and when you plant your foot for leverage, it feels like wearing a solid boot. However, you get better heat dispersion, more like a light duty hiker. I probably would have gone for the same model without the steel toe, simply to reduce weight, but the toebox is nice and roomy, and I never notice it unless I arch my toes up and touch it with the nails. In retrospect, the steel toe was a good idea...it's saved me some pain 5 or 6 times, and I actually use it to balance something on once in a while. The only break-in necessary was around the ankle, which was a little sore for a few weeks. In my opinion, they have to make that area stiff at the start, so that once the shoe is broken in, you still have good support and also so that the ankle doesn't collapse when you shove your foot in it without a shoehorn. If you walk and stand on hard surfaces most of the day like I do, this is an excellent, durable and comfortable shoe...well worth the money. P.S. This is a mid-high/mid-top shoe at the ankle.

My 9 year old loves these shoes. My only complaint is that the black dye inside the shoes rubs off on her feet. I was told that this will stop after a bit. Otherwise the shoes are comfortable and worn every day.

Love the Uggs! I normally get my 4-year-old daughter the Ugg boots, but this year we added the Tasman to our list. She's a "slip on and go, no socks girl" and these are great. Adorable, stylish, and warm. I normally buy the Uggs from a department store but ordered from Zappos this time. With free shipping and a few bucks cheaper than the department store, I wouldn't hesitate to order from Zappos again. Great communication, extremely fast shipping, and terrific customer service. I actually had to switch sizes and they couldn't be more accommodating. Stress free experience. Thank You!

Not What I Expected -
I like the look and feel of these shoes, but they seem to be made of a different material than my Ugg boots. Like all Uggs, these are soft, fluffy, and super comfortable on, but the leather uppers do not feel like the same soft suede that is used on most other Uggs. It is stiffer and seems to be a hardened, almost felt-like material, even though the tag says it is leather. I thought perhaps the company uses different materials for the children's shoes since there is such a large difference in price, but I checked out the adult Tasman slippers at the mall and they had the same stiff uppers as the shoes I received. I like the soft suede uppers better, so I am exchanging these for the Coquette style slipper. For reference, I wear a 7.5-8 in women’s shoes (a 7 in Uggs) and these fit well in a size 6.

Super comfy and warm. My daughter wears them as house slippers. She is special needs and has some balance problems, so I was concerned these might be awkward or slip on feet. She loves them and just shuffles along without problems and can navigate stairs without problems.

Sturdy and comfortable -
Bought these for my 12-year old daughter. They do run large. She loves them and doesn't mind that she's got a little room in them. She can wear them that much longer... and her younger sister already has plans to "inherit" them - past experience shows they will certainly hold up that long!

They are great and comfortable; Uggs are a great shoe in general. I already knew that you had to go down a 1/2 size because they do not come in half sizes and they stretch over time.
