Biggest selection in town!
The AND 1 shoes were a success with my son---the fit was perfect, and they "looked good." Shopping via Zappos was the best b/c it gave my son a much wider selection of styles than our local shoe stores.

Nice shoes -
Nice and light. Good looking. Appears rugged enough for its intended use - outdoor play. Taking some time to break them in.

Great Basketball Shoes!
Needed a pair of basketball shoes for my 10 year old son. He loves the AND 1 sneakers! Very comfortable with good arch support. Thanks to Zappos for their lightning fast delivery!

Soft, comfortable leather! Still durable to keep up with an 11 year olds wear and tear. Great!

 |  | Dear Zappos Customer Service, I have never written an email like this before but your high service level prompts a response. I have been working with Zappos on a pair of defective sandals. I have tried 2 different pairs of the same shoe and they have both fallen apart. Everyone I spoke to was excellent – friendly, flexible, productive. Between the excellent customer service and the way you stand behind the products you sell, I would like to never buy shoes in a department store again. The coupon was the icing on the cake. Thank you for the great service and accommodation.
