Still comfortable, but they stretched -
Have had two versions of this style - very versatile shoe for travel, work, etc. shoes have held up extremely well, excellent materials and footbed Dr. Rose is known for. Alas - both pair have stretched considerably from wear, so much that have had to send shoes away for alteration (if possible) to have leather sides shortened so foot no longer slips thru the shoe. Sigh. My only less-then-perfect experience with this maker. Fit is similar to other T. Rose shoes made after about 2003 - they seemed to run smaller in earlier years.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: Other Taryn rose -the slight heel sandal is just as comfortable and holds up better.

I am a big Taryn Rose fan but I didn't think these were as comfortable as other Taryn Rose shoes. My biggest complaint is I wish the footbed were softer like the Tyra thong and the flats.

Taryn Rose never disappoints!
Just received my new Taryn Rose thong sandals and they fit beautifully.
I received them just 24 hours after placing the order, so 5 stars should go to shipping as well!
The sandals are a wider fit, which is perfect for my wider feet, so if you have narrow feet, beware. Otherwise, they're great.

Poor Construction -
Beautiful shoe. The left shoe strap was cut wrong. The Circle kept turning and my foot slid off the shoe. Expensive for a defective shoe so it was returned. Zappos gets 5 stars for service.

Mixed review -
Great-looking shoe and construction; however, I found they're not as comfortable as other Taryn Rose shoes I've bought. They're a bit wide and so my feet are more apt to slide out of them.

Definitely worth it!
A friend talked me into trying T.Rose shoes - we are both dealing with post injury/surgery shoe needs and she was convinced that I would love them. I do love this pair - and, as I wore a pair of Pliner flip-flops constantly for a couple years, I knew I would wear them a lot and it was worth spending the money on them. I do - they look great, go with almost everything, pack well and are comfortable for hours - from day one! Great support for a sandal, too. I love Zappos - you can always return if the shoe doesn't fit!

These are beautiful shoes - very well constructed and stylish. Make sure to order a half size larger, as they feel short.

 |  | I was so excited about the UGG boots I bought, but they didn't fit right, so had to return them. The entire process from beginning to end was exceptional, and the customer service agent was AWESOME! Thank you so much, I guess good customer service DOES still exist. Too bad other companies can't take a page from Zappos book! Thanks, you've acquired another life-long customer!
