There’s better out there -
Strictly a beginner shoe. I am a high school athlete who throws both shot put and discus, I would highly recommend the Nike zoom series for any serious competitor, they provide better stability and faster spin.

Too big -
I wear a size 14 normally, and when I got my size 14 shoes they felt like a size 16. I suggest ordering two sizes smaller.

These shoes are not just good for running but they are great for table tennis. They are so comfortable and flexible. This is something I've been looking for a long time. They are nice too.

First Throwing Shoe Purchase - Great Choice!
My daughter, a senior in high school, received these for Christmas this year. They have an excellent fit and they look great! The DO run a full size larger - we ordered a 9, which was too big. When the 8's came, they fit her perfectly.

Asics's Cyber Throw -
This shoe is very comfortable and was shipped to me very quick. The quality is great, and it fit perfectly. Overall, I recommend this shoe for anyone who wants to improve their discus spin and/or shot put technique.

Great Shoe!
My daughter started last year with the "Hyper Throw", which she liked, but we upgraded slightly to this one. She loves it! She says it feels like a better allover fit, and feels more "solid".
Other shoes recommended by reviewer: Hyper Throw is a great starter shoe, and a little cheaper
