Falls apart easily -
I'm very disappointed with these sandals. I ordered them to replace my daughter's Timberlands which finally fell apart after 2 summers. The footbed of these sandals got dirty very fast and were very difficult to make look clean again. Plus, the footbed separated from the sole after only a month of wear. Not very active kid friendly.
Other shoes recommended by reviewer: Timberland sandals

Fun footwear -
This is truly a fun and summer shoe. We loved the bright color (pink) and versatility (play in the sand or walk in the water)! Keep up the good work and have another pair ready for my daughter next year. This is a perfect summer shoe for girls or boys and we (mothers) don't have to worry whether the shoe can withstand the wear and tear of a toddler or youth.

 |  | Awesome customer service. I didn't order the half size smaller and realized it before the shoes shipped. I was immediately helped and was so happy, then realized I went too small!!! I called back and again I was immediately helped and after a good laugh got the correct shoes shipped! I was very, very happy!!! I am sure Zappos people thought I had lost my mind but they were very supportive and had me laughing about my errors! Best customer support I have ever had!!!
