These shoes were a close match to Tevas I\'ve worn for several years, summer and winter; so when I needed comfortable but newer looking shoes to wear walking around Paris for several days, I decided to order them. They fit the bill! Even though I wore them for "breaking in" only twice before we left, I had nary a blister after miles of Paris streets.\r\n\r\nThanks for your prompt service.

These are a 'dressier' version of the usual Tevas. They are so comfortable, and I have enjoyed walking in them for hours. The best part is that they are waterproof. I did spray the leather with a water repellent spray when I got them, just to be safe, and then I wore them for hours in the pouring rain without worrying at all. They still look like new. I definitely would recommend them. Very soft, cushioned sole makes walking a pleasure!

I ordered 2 pairs of Teva Pretty Rugged Sandals, as I love Teva sandals. They are so kind to the entire sole of my foot. I am going to have difficulty putting them away for the winter. My experience with Zappos was very good. I got the shipment in less time than promised, so they beat their own deadline. The outer box was beat up and I'm wondering what it went through. But the sandals in their boxes were just fine. And they've fit and I've been wearing them, so no return to tell you about.

This shoe is great except for the one rub. I have had trouble finding a great walking sandal and I really thought these would be it. The foot bed was soft and comfortable. The upper strap and toe strap were completely adjustable, but after wearing them around the house a day or two, I began to get a rub on my left foot at the tiva-style connecting point at the toe. I tried a day with socks and then wore them barefoot again, but this time the rubbed spot showed up right away and I knew these were not going to be good walking sandals for me. This may be just the shape of my own foot because I have had to return other Teva sandals in the past for a similar reason, but I thought all the cushioning under the straps would make a difference this time. Otherwise, it is a great sandal & you may have better luck. I have a typical B width with a narrow here. Zappos delivered these overnight even though I ordered them after 4 pm. The great return policy and super fast shipping will bring me back to Zappos again and again.

Very stiff sole. It would be perfect if the soles were more flexible. True to size. Good traction. Comfortable top, but it feels like a man's shoe because it is so rigid.

The only complaint I have about these sandals is that the bottoms are a little slippery. I have had a couple of good catches as I slipped on smooth surfaces. The "bubbled" texture is not the best. The fit was great from the start - I packed these in the saddle bags as the only other pair of shoes except motorcycle boots and hiked around South Dakota. I have been wearing them all summer, the fit and comfort is great.

I bought my 1st pair of theses sandals 5 years ago, brown, and wore them in Africa. They felt great. The only problem was getting sand between feet & sole. I bought another pair for a long trip to Southeast Asia. This pair, black, is good looking, and also very comfortable. The velcro strap looks like it will last until the shoe wears out. And by the way, the brown pair is still good, just slightly worn on the edges. One thing: the size tab is sewn into the strap that goes over the instep, & I could feel it rubbing. I unstitched it, carefully, & it is now perfect. By the way, the older pair didn't have the tab in the same place, & never was a problem.

Excellent sandals! I\'ve always wanted a pair, but never wanted to spend the money. I\'m sooooo glad I did. These were comfortable right out of the box and I\'ve worn them all day while teaching. No blisters, and my feet don\'t get that tired feeling I get while wearing my other sandals. Shipping was super fast -- I was amazed! This was my first purchase from Zappos and I\'m now a loyal customer. Teva + Zappos = awesome.

I love Teva and I love Zappos. So, when I needed to replace my 10+ year old Teva sandals, I looked at Zappos. The sandal I chose was a bit more rugged than the one I replaced, but it is what I need now. Well made and comfortable, it is a great everyday sandal. Zappos service and price sealed the deal.

This is the second pair of these that I have had. They are comfortable and have enough support to be walking shoes and yet look good enough (especially in black) to be city day time travel shoes.

Love this Teva. I had a pair of these for 8 years. Finally had to replace them with a new pair and wore them all day without any blisters or issues. Easy to wash as needed. They make my narrow and long feet feel great! I can wear these even though I need 2A width because the straps are adjustable and narrow enough to start with. Zappos service always awesome, too.

This is my third pair of these sandals and they're great! Extremely comfortable, so that I can walk miles in them with no discomfort. If the weather's cool, I just add socks. Casual, but still okay to wear for urban outings, and I just live in them for much of the year.

Love these sandals! They were perfect no real breaking in time. I ordered 1st pair in Black and then got another in the Barrel color. Love them both, and have already recommended them to my friends.

This sandal is great! This is my second pair and love them. I was in a shoe store that sold Tevas and gal said they were discontinuing these. I came right home, went to Zappos, and ordered. I sure hope they will not be discontinued.

Been needing a nice pair of black sandals appropriate for work. A co-worker had these and expressed their comfort and so I bought a pair. I am on my feet all day and comfort is essential. Took very little time for these to become a part of my feet. True to fit, stylish, and extremely comfortable.

I have lived in these sandals for many summers, and get a fresh pair every year.They are so very comfortable. \r\nIt is soooo hard to give them up when summer is over\r\n\r\nBy the way, I wash mine when they get a bit too yacky.

I purchased my Teva sandals at the end of July. I suffer from bunions and find wearing flipflops exclusively doesn\'t provide enough support for walking. I absolutely love these sandals. Their two velcro straps make them supportive and really comfortable. They are very well-made and have made me a true believer in Teva products. They\'re the greatest!

Velcro not long enough -
I got these for everyday use. My feet are medium but the velcro was barely long enough. The other problem is that the little toe is inside the bands. After a long day at the museum my toes were so sore! It took almost a week to feel better. Also, I prefer a lot of cushion, and less support. If you want support this shoe is good, unless your foot is unusually shaped. My left foot bends in the middle, which makes it seem wider and puts the toes in a different position. However, after almost a month, the bump has evened out.

I have a lot of trouble finding sandals that a) have enough arch support (I wear orthotics), b) don't hit my foot in the wrong places, and c) are adjustable enough for my narrow feet. These seem to meet all three (I haven't yet walked for hours in them, but they've been good so far). They look extremely wide on my feet, even though the straps are all adjustable, so I'm not giving them the highest marks in style; but they're a good, sturdy sandal that looks like they'll last a while and feels like they'll take care of my hard-to-please feet.

I had originally ordered these in my regular size, but after trying them on I needed them a half size bigger for the length. I love these! They are very comfortable, wore them right away, all day and they felt great. I have the dark brown color and they are very cute and rugged! Next time I will order a black pair, too! I totally recommend these!

Bought these shoes for a trip to Greece and Turkey. Traipsed all over Delphi, the Acropolis, and various islands with them. They\'re terrific! There was pretty much no break-in time with them, and only the slightest rubbing/discomfort (which was taken care of by adjusting one or both of the velcro straps). They\'ve got a good grabby sole, which is important when you\'re walking on paving stones which have been smoothed by years of use. Could not have done the trip without them.\r\n\r\nAside: I have teensy feet and sometimes adjustable velcro straps don\'t adjust tightly enough for me -- which is to say that I sometimes run out of adjustable strap too early. Not so, here. I could actually make them very tight (which I prefer on downhill slopes).

These sandals are very comfortable. I wore them all around London on a week long trip and did not have one problem! I like how I was able to adjust the straps as the day went on and my feet got a little swollen.
