Dear Zappos team, I was delighted to see the email you sent me about my free upgrade from standard (4-5) day shipping to 2 day air service. Unbelievable!!! I first bought product off your site two weeks ago and it took exactly one week to reach my doorstep... other "Zappos enthusiasts" I know gushed about their shoes on their doorstep the morning after they ordered them. I was jealous!!!
