Use this shoe for powerlifting. It’s a great look and feel on the platform. My only complaint is the fabric pulled away from one of the eyelets after only two-three times wearing!

I love these shoes. I have just recently started wearing Converse and I now own three pairs! Lots of selections, so you can wear them with any jeans. They don't go very well with sweats though. I love them!

These are my boyfriend's favorite shoes so I was pleased when I found them on Zappo's in his size! I can't find them anywhere else and I've been looking for a year! I ordered him 3 pairs so he will always have them :) Converse don't have arch support so it's not like it was a surprise.

Blue Goldfish print -
I had wanted to get these for some time but thought the baby blue color would be a little too feminine for me, finally broke down and I love them. They really pop out and people take a double take and want to look at the print more closely. Look great with jeans and t-shirt when just out and casual. Add a pair of DownUnders Ultra Walkers insoles and I can wear them all day long at my job without discomfort.

Stepping into peace -
These sneakers are a classic. They catch the eye. They’re stylish without being too over the top. Though on closer look they are "outtasight."

Looks awesome...but you'll want an insole!
These shoes are great! Everyone asks me where I got 'em. Only problem I've had is the complete lack of arch support...you'll want to get a good insole (esp. if you’re on your feet all day!!!) Otherwise, I'm very happy with them.

A shoe for the unique at heart -
Recently, I purchased another set of Converse to replace my plaid pair. The colors of choice were the Dove/Black ones. For starters, the detail featuring small tribal skulls immediately captured my attention. The creative pattern is what truly causes the shoes to stand out, giving it a classic appearance. And since my tastes lean toward designs such as skulls and so forth, this product goes perfect with just about anything in my wardrobe. As for the fit, I read the reviews from other customers and heeded advice from the ladies, by selecting a whole size smaller. Wow! These shoes fit like a dream. They give me plenty of room, without feeling tight around the heel or confined in the toe area. Nor does the shoe seem excessively large, so as to rise when I walk. However, the lack of arch support can always be arranged. With so many styles available, I am definitely looking forward to buying more. Thanks Zappos.com for a wonderful shopping experience and spoiling me rotten in the process.

Anarchy yeahhhhhh -
I have always been into anarchy and communism and all that good stuff and when I saw these I had to get them immediately. I got the black and white ones. I love them. Get a lot of compliments too. I don’t wear them as much as my other converses though. I love my plain black ones too much. Overall, Converses always rock.

I just ordered these in the red/black skulls for my BF's birthday, and they rule! They look even better than pictured! Converse hi-tops are the coolest, and free overnight shipping from Zappos is fabulous!

I’ve been wearing Chuck Taylors since 1967. I’ve probably had 75 pairs over the years. Since Converse was bought out, the comfort is not quite up to par as when they came out of Easton, Mass., but overall, I’m still a huge fan. My most recent purchase was the red w/black skulls and they look great. It’s surprising how many people look at your feet. For quality and affordability, they are hard to beat. For shear pimpness, they are without peer in my book, but I’m old. That being said, as a barroom musician and father of 3 grown children & 2 grown stepchildren, I would recommend Chuck Taylors in any style or color to all my friends, as well as future generations. I love em all.

I love my new shoes! I took the advice of others and went for a half size smaller than I normally wear and they are perfect. They are a little narrow, however I have a fairly wide foot.

Off-the-wall ironic -
I know it is utterly unconventional, but I bought these high tops to wear with my long, black swirling skirts and sophisticated euro-wear knit tops. Can I just come right out and say it--the effect is both subtle and devastating! I get so many compliments, and the shoes are quite comfortable. They have irrefutably established my reputation as a fashion maven. Irony--of course--and the element of surprise, win the day when it comes to style.
(They do run big; I needed a size smaller than usual).

Overall, I like them because they're lightweight, which is fab. They're a little bit wide; I have slightly narrow heels, but they should be fine for a guy.

Excellent shoe, excellent service -
The shoe looks really great in person. The design really pops in contrast to the black background. I've gotten complements on these shoes from all my friends, so I'd recommend these to anyone -- and as always, Zappos was amazingly fast at shipping the shoes. How they can keep their shoes at reasonable prices while eliminating shipping costs is beyond me, but I love it. I'll definitely be purchasing from Zappos again.

Women order a full size down -
These shoes are beautiful, but huge. I wear a women's 6.5 and ordered a men's 4. STILL needs another size down. The good news? Zappos made returning them a no-cost breeze! Thanks!

Chuck Taylor multi-color tattoo, the bomb!!
I’m the proud owner of more than a few chucks. Been wearing them since I was a kid (now 63 yrs young, hey, old guys rock!), and they just keep getting better! Wish I still had my well worn "original jams", from the late 80's. Zappos.com is the only place I would even consider buying them!! Selection, service, & price are taken very serious be Zappos staff. My current collection includes "multi tattoo", "John Lennon peace", and "hot rod flames", and more. Soon to add "Sailor jerry". If chucks aren't your type, fear not, zappos.com has all best kicks for all humans!!! Royboy

Converse Hi Tops Multi Tattoos -
I bought these for my 16 year old daughter and she absolutely loves them.
The print has an Asian theme and are made of silky fabric. She gets a lot of compliments on these because they are so different.
