Perfect for those who don't want leather -
It’s always a bit of a risk when ordering shoes online. Especially when never owning shoes by this particular manufacturer. But I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered these in tan in the same size as my "street" shoes (Vans) and they fit great. In a neutral color, you can wear them everyday with anything. A bit pricey when compared to Vans slip-ons which make up the rest of my shoe collection but worth every penny. And you gotta love the eco-friendly ideas behind the shoe.

Loafin' in the Rain -
Great shoe. Comfortable. Looks and feels great. My only issue is that the sole is basically a SPONGE; even the slightest dampness on the ground, and you're spending the rest of the day with wet feet/socks. Not good.

My favorite shoes!
These shoes are incredibly comfortable and look great. If you are looking for non-leather, uber-comfortable sexy shoes, try these. You'll love them. My only criticism is that if I wear them without socks, they tend to rub the back of my ankle. With socks, they're a dream. I wear them every day.

Simply wonderful Loafs!
I’ve heard people say great things about these shoes and thought I'd give them a try. These could be the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a great feeling pair of shoes.

These shoes are very comfortable, as with most Simples, but watch out on size. I wear a 9.5 usually, but had to get a 10.5 for these (and for the other Simple slip-ons I tried on as well). I couldn't even get my foot into the 9.5. I recommend finding a store to try them on in before ordering. Other than that... very cushy soles, very comfortable, and very cool. Two thumbs up!

This is definitely a great shoe. It is very comfortable and attractive. It is vegetarian which is also a plus. It is great to wear with jeans or khakis. I would definitely recommend it.

Simply Wonderful -
These are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn, and have worn them every day since they were delivered just over a couple of months ago. The beige/naturals do get dirty quickly but are very easy to wash and snap back to form. (Do not put them in the dryer). The front soles had split open a few days ago, but I've glued them back easily with Gorilla Glue and spring clamps. Like I said though, I've worn them every day, and have been told before I walk funny, and will soon order another pair when these wear out.

This is a great casual shoe. Incredibly comfortable to wear and walk in. Each step is very cushioned. Breathability is good too; my feet never feel hot while wearing these.
The fit is great. My feet are just a little bit wide and these shoes are not at all tight at the sides.
They look great too. I was worried they might look strange being a canvas type material but they are fine to wear with casual clothes and jeans too.
These were so nice that I bought the Simple Loaf Off Road too- same great remarks for those as well, just a little more rugged looking.

Simple's Loaf Green Toes -
These shoes are fairly comfortable and look great, however make sure you break them in wearing heavy socks. The first time I wore mine, I wore low, lightweight socks and by the time I walked a few blocks I had blood running down my ankles and the back of my heel. Kudos for eco-mindedness.

Is it a slipper, or is it a shoe?
I put them on right out of the box and didn't take them off all day. What a great pair of shoes. Very, very comfortable. Casual style, a touch of luxury, a slice of class and good vegan values. A winner.

These are my new favorite work shoe. I work in corporate America and these shoes are nice enough for "biz casual." They also look great with a pair of jeans...not to mention the fact that they're really comfortable.

Simple's Loaf -
Simple's Loaf is a very comfortable shoe. The feel of the sole and insole is soft and spring-like step. The styling is basic, no frills, and minimally branded. This shoe felt a bit tight at first, but the upper stretches a bit and the foot bed molds a bit to your foot contours after the first few wears. This shoe has quite a wide toe box that allows ones toes to relax and spread out.

Amazing shoes!
These shoes are amazing! They are light, comfortable, look great, and have a really soft feel inside that feels great on bare feet. Some reviews talked about raw heels and discomfort - they must have been talking about other shoes because these things are some of most comfortable I have ever put on my feet! Get yourself a pair!

Overall these are good shoes. They're a bit expensive though, you'd think that if Simple used less material making the shoe the consumer would pay less in the end. They're pretty comfy but make sure you wear thick socks because these shoes will tear a hole in the back of your feet for sure. Also I noticed that the gummy soles wear off in about two days. Plus they manage to somehow attract large amounts of nasty hair and junk as you walk around. I never thought I'd have to pick hair off the bottom of my shoes. Gross. Anyway that's about it.

Good--but check the tongue on the heel -
It may have been my size (slightly loose), but I received pretty bad blisters on my heel. It may have been the fit or it may have been the flaw in the design.
But, these are wonderfully comfortable on the soles.

Like wearing slippers!
Extremely comfortable and stylish shoes! I wear them 8 hours a day at work (on my feet) and my feet feel great at the end of the day. They're very quiet—nobody can hear me coming. Stiff at first, and I need a shoehorn to get them on, but I highly recommend them; they feel like slippers!

This shoe ran 1/2 size large just like all simple shoes in my size 10 (needed 9 1/2 same w/ Barney).
I took this pair out of the box and walked all over Germany for a week ...No problems
W/sock doesn't feel like you have shoes on at all!
BUY ‘EM You Well Like ‘em...I think I heard that somewhere before...

Beloved Loafs. . .
I love these shoes, they're versatile and very cute, if a bit wider-looking than they look in the pics. I'm a female who bought the men’s loafs in tan (because I hated the pink stitches all over the woman’s tan loafs). I normally wear an 8.5 or 9 in women, but the men’s 7.5 were perfect.
The fit and support is good other than the top in the back, which seems very high, and was causing some pain when it was scraping my Achilles tendon. I know others have mentioned this problem as well. However, I inserted heel cushions under the footbed and that gives me a bit of a boost so they don't scrape at the back of my heel so much. However, I still always wear socks. But even if I'd known about the heel I still would have bought them because the minor fir issues have done nothing to diminish my love for my loafs.

Great loafers if you don't plan on walking anywhere -
I wore these shoes out of the store and began the 2 block walk to my house. I made it almost a block before the back of my heel began to burn, I tried to press on but had to stop and change back into my old shoes in the middle of the street! When I got home my feet were hurting from the rubbing, so like I said, if you plan on standing in place, this is the shoe for you. However, the slightest bit of movement and you're toast!!

Rubs my feet -
The shoe rubs on the upper part of my heel and draws blood. Also my second toe pushes against the front of the shoe. This never happened with size 15 before.

I ordered climbing shoes in two sizes and two styles but from a different brand than I had been wearing. They were all too small for me. I re-ordered the next two sizes of one style that I preferred but mixed up the Euro-American sizing in my haste. I reordered the two I wanted and now have a great shoe at a great price.
