 |  | Dear Zappos, I just wanted to drop a line and thank you for your excellent site, customer service, and free (both ways!) shipping... recently expedited at no extra cost, too! I have very hard-to-fit feet and often have to send things back multiple times before I find a shoe that makes me happy. It's gotten to the point in recent weeks, that when I place an order, I expect a notice to pop up saying, "Sorry, but we really don't want you as a customer anymore! You've reached your return limit around here." Instead, it's always the same pleasant service with no complaint. Thank you! I will continue to shop at Zappos for as long as you'll let me!
