Very comfortable!
I bought these in black after trying and sending back (I love you, Zappos!) many other styles and brands. I have 'difficult' feet after a few surgeries and a bone spur that refuses to leave. These are comfortable and require no break in period. The velcro makes them easy to adjust and the footbed is soft. I bought them in black and they look great with jeans.

Cool and comfy -
I’m pretty selective when it comes to sandals. I believe a sandal should provide enough material to be supportive and not allow your foot to move around much, but not so much that it resembles a shoe; it has to be breezy and allow for air flow and sun! Having said that, Columbia’s Whidby is a great sandal; it’s stylish and comfortable and it looks great with jeans.

I wear these sandals almost every day and I find them to be very comfortable. The ball of my foot rests comfortably against the ridge of the sole. I find this feature helps to keep my foot from sliding around.

Very comfortable shoe – perfect hot weather sandal for those w/ foot problems. Size 11 fit well for my 10.5 size wide foot.

Great sandal -
I lost my old Columbias (I forget the model) last summer so I desperately needed new ones. These are fantastic. Soft but supportive. I wear them everywhere.

I guess I had high expectations -
These are definitely 1/2-1 size smaller than marked...the ridges at the toes take some getting used to...no support for moderate to high arches...great wet traction.

Comfortable and stylish -
I was pleasantly surprised at how much I like these sandals. I always hate getting new shoes or sandals due to the breaking in period required with each pair--but these replaced my old sandals the same day I got them. I never looked back from there.

Pretty Decent -
Comfy feel with little or no break-in required. Felt a bit small especially when walking down a steep slope. Decided to move up one size. Unfortunately, the heel strap isn't adjustable though I'm not sure it needs adjusting. If you wear these with socks they will certainly be too small.
