Fade - I was told at Nordstroms that this cleaner was "the best." It clearly is not! I used it on 2 pairs of my Uggs. One of the pairs were the chestnut color and where very dirty, they are now two different colors and the stains turned white and crusty. I tried to brush them out with the nap brush with no avail. My less dirty black Uggs were a little better. All the stains came out but the black at the top part of my foot is faded to a whitish color. I'm so devastated!

I bought my pair of Uggs and was so excited because it looked nice with every outfit I wore. About 2 weeks after, my nephew threw his bottle on the floor and milk splattered on my left foot Ugg. I thought that it wouldn't be a problem and that when it dried up it wouldn't be there. Wrong! I had lines of milk stains and it looked horrible. So I searched online and saw the mixed reviews about it, but still ordered it. It was a disaster! It said to mix up half a cup of water with half a cup of the solution. Then to wet the entire surface of the Ugg with cold water and to take a sponge, add a little of the solution and gently scrub. I followed the directions from top to bottom. When my Uggs dried the next day they were white! (My Uggs were brown.) I was really upset because I bought them for quite a high price and it all went down the drain thanks to my nephew. Anyway, I put them in the washing machine with cold water on a gentle cycle. They came out good. I wear them all the time and try to be careful when my nephew's around. My suggestion? If your Uggs are messed up, take them to the cleaners.

I would not recommend this product. I used it to clean my chestnut Uggs and they faded a lot. I followed the directions exactly so I wasn't impressed with the cleaner. It didn't even remove most the stains.

I use this cleaner and conditioner on a pair of Ugg flip-flops that I wear almost every day at home and a pair of clogs. I works great, after cleaning the fur looks like new. I strongly recommend it for Ugg shoes.

Effective product, but you have to be VERY careful b/c it’s really strong. Although I diluted it with a little water, I rubbed it in too much and the color faded from those areas. Just dilute and gently, quickly go over the boot once.

It works!
All you need is water and a sponge or cloth. And Uggs don't take as long to dry as I thought...just don't put them in the dryer.

I used this to clean my sand Knightbridge boots and it worked very well. My boots look new again! I also have used it to clean the insoles of all of Ugg boots and shoes. It fluffs them back up again. GREAT PURCHASE!

I wear a mens 10 to 10.5 and had to get this in a 9.5. This is a comfortable shoe and I walk at least 2 miles a day in it on city sidewalks. After 3 months of daily wear it is still in great shape.

I was very pleased with my Ugg cleaner. I had made the mistake of not using the water and dirt repellent when I got my boots. They were a bit dirty by the time I ordered the cleaner. I followed the directions... and my boots looked as good as new. Be sure to follow the directions carefully... I was a bit nervous that I may get the boots too wet, but I didn't. I am definitely glad that I purchased the Ugg cleaner and conditioner.

Didn't work out as planned -
My Uggs had some salt stains on them. I bought this thinking it would clean them up for sure! After carefully reading the directions, carefully cleaning my boots and allowing them to air dry... I was devastated. I'm not sure what happened, but I was left with crusty, dry, still stained boots. Might not have been the actual cleaner, but the mixture of the salt with the cleaner? I'm not sure, but in the end I just put my boots in the washing machine, with no soap at all, on a delicate cycle. They came out perfect!

Pretty good stuff.
This product won't take off oily stains, but it seems to diminish them. It certainly helps keep the suede looking better.

I guess the only rating that applies is the overall rating and I gave it a 4. I have black Uggs and they were dirty, but not as bad as most people I see out there. The salt stain didn't come out too well and the boots looked lighter than normal when they dried and pretty stiff, but after a few wears, they get back to normal - I just have to work on that salt stain - guess I didn't do it right the first time.

Resurrected my old slippers -
I ordered this to attempt to give my 2+ year old slippers and much needed facelift. I'd not been nice to them and it was starting to show (purely aesthetic). A little goes a very long way and those slippers look great now! Even cleaned up and softened the insides which was all smashed down from years of wear.

Ugg Cleaner did a good job brightening by Ugg boots, but didn't completely get the blue jean stain out. Not sure if i just didn't use enough cleaner or what? But other than the blue jean stains, it got the other dark stuff out!

It helped!
The cleaner was a big help to my boots that had been a little warn out this winter. The cleaner did lighten the boots a shade, but not bad at all. Do be careful when measuring liquid, will need to use an additional container.

I used the Ugg cleaner on my sand colored Ugg boots. It took off 2 years worth of dirt and some recent blue-dye transfer from a new pair of jeans. It was easy to use. You do dilute it and I would recommend not using too much. Maybe a table spoon or so. It goes a long way. Also, you need to buy the water protector. After you clean your boots, they have more "staining" due to water.

I was cooking with my chocolate colored Uggs on when I dropped a piece of fish (which I was cooking in butter and garlic) right on my shoe! I immediately tried to use water on the stain, which seemed to make it darker and larger. About a week went by before I found the Sheepskin Cleaner & Conditioner online. I ordered it and it was delivered in about two days...I immediately cleaned my boots, following the directions that came with the cleaner. As other reviewers suggested, I didn’t use as much of the cleaner in the cleaner/water solution as was suggested on the bottle. Anyway, it worked wonderfully! I let my boots dry naturally for 2 or 3 days and the stain was practically gone! I can still notice it a little bit, but only because I know exactly where it was. If you didn’t know about the stain, you wouldn’t notice it at all. This product worked so well on my butter/garlic stain, I would suggest it to anyone!

This cleaner took the blue stain (from jeans) out of my Uggs and made me very happy. I followed the directions as stated on the bottle and let them dry over night. They were gleaming the next day.

My Classic Tall Sand colored Uggs are 5 years old and I am emotionally attached to them because I got them to lounge around in while I was getting ready for my wedding. They are quite worn out and my husband wanted me to toss them, no way! After cleaning them with this cleaner, my neighbor thought I had purchased new Uggs! Did a great job on my well worn and dingy Uggs and now I am getting one more season out of them for sure! Thanks!

I read mixed reviews on this product, but I figured my Ugg's were SO dirty, it couldn't hurt to try. I didn't have high hopes because my sand-colored Ugg's were covered in black soot/ash from a campfire. I took the suggestion of other reviewers and used a little less than the amount of cleaner it called for on the bottle. I used a kitchen sponge, and it really worked! The black ash came right out! They ALMOST look as a good as new. I would recommend trying it.
