 |  | Today I had the great opportunity to talk with Betty about a return in process. As always, Zappos customer service is THE BEST! Betty checked on my return, verified it was in the warehouse and issued the process to start the credit return. She also told me that since I had been with Zappos for awhile that she was upgrading me to a VIP Zappos customer and gave me the link to the new site. I am sooo excited and can't wait to take a look at it. What a wonderful thing to do for loyal customers...and the fact that returns will be sent quicker and processed quicker is awesome. I have been watching this latest return for over a week and worried it hadn't made it to the warehouse...so this is fantastic!
Thank you customer service...you were gracious, considerate, patient and such a great, happy attitude that was felt right through the phone. It is so wonderful to talk to someone that obviously loves what they are doing...it certainly has made my day!
