Sandal I can't live without nowadays! After years of running and jumping I have found that my ankle is a mess and my last bike wreck really made foot pain a part of my life. I went looking for shoes and found that Finn Comfort was the BEST! I have my old ones on right now and have saved my Zappos order for 'my dress up' shoes. They don't look so orthopedic that you cringe and with their comfort you feel like you can keep moving in these while with others it is just too painful. Thanks to Zappos for delivering the new ones so fast.

Comfortable, but not miraculous -
I'm a 51-year-old woman with flat feet and I was looking for a very supportive, comfortable sandal to wear traipsing around Italy in the summer. I've actually just returned from Italy, where I spent lots of time on my feet, standing in line, walking around old ruins and on rough pavement, etc. The verdict is--these sandals are comfortable for the first couple of hours, but after that you definitely feel like there's not enough support and padding. If you are just buying them to wear puttering around the house or to the mall for an hour or two, they would probably be plenty comfortable. But if you are going to be on your feet all day, you'll still end up with tired, aching feet at the end of the day (at least if you have flat feet like I do). The straps are pretty comfortable and can be easily adjusted, and I never once got a blister from them in Italy, so that's a point in their favor. But for the price, I was hoping for a more cushy shoe.

Finn Shoes are tops in quality and comfort.
I wear orthopedic insoles for overpronation and have plantar fasciitis. When I wear Finn Shoes I eliminate those insoles since the arch support is so great. I have yet to find another branch of such high quality. Finn, keep up the good work. (How 'bout more 'dressy' shoes with your wonderful low heels?)

I was real happy to receive my first pair of Finns, but every time I put them on and walk for a few minutes, my feet hurt so bad that I end up taking them off and putting on another pair of shoes.

Great sandal -
I have tried all the top line sandals and these are the best. They even surpass my SAS sandals and that's hard to do. Arch support superb, no blistering, can wear all day! I bought my first pair at a specialty store and was glad ZAPPOS stocks them! They fit me 1 size shorter than normal and the fit is perfect. ZAPPOS is also the best online store for purchase, return, and selection!

This is my second pair of this shoe. I also have it in tan. I have problems finding a shoe that does not hurt my feet, especially walking any distance. I would highly recommend this shoe for comfort and style.

Finn comfort Rocks!!!
I Love Finn Comfort. I have 2 pair of Jerseys, and want the wine and possibly the white. first time ordering the Stilt, and I think they are great. Figured the heel is a tad lower, and would be good to walk in. Very comfortable. I doubt if I will buy any other shoe besides Finn, as they raise the standard. Try them! You and your feet deserve the best. And Zappos is the BEST!!!

I have weak arches, and these shoes give me wonderful support without using my orthotics. They are expensive... but worth every penny.

I wear a brace on my right leg. This is the only shoe I can wear. It is very comfortable.

Love this shoe. I bought it originally for the color -- denim blue. Then discovered how comfortable it is. I'm buying a second pair for a nurse's aide who has been so delightfully fun and kind to my husband who has Parkinson's disease. She's admired mine so much, I can't think of a better way to show my appreciation. She's on her feet a lot; I know she'll love them. And I LOVE Zappos. Fantastic customer service!

Nice looking, comfy shoe. Excellent arch support! Removable footbed works great. I sometimes use a leg/ankle brace. The footpad fits right under the footbed of the shoe.

Finally! A walking shoe with support and comfort.
I am a large woman who travels a lot. I normally have to wear athletic shoes with my plastic inserts in order to have enough arch support for comfort.
I have bought so many pairs of shoes in an attempt to find a sandal-type shoe with high arch support, wide width, and comfort.
I bought this shoe in desperation at the last minute before a 10 day vacation to Canada. I was worried that I'd get blisters and hurt with these new shoes, but I took them anyway.
This shoe was a miracle. No blisters from the start, a cool foot, great arch support, adjustable width, and comfort. A home run! Will probably buy a few pairs for the future.

These were wonderful. They are so comfortable that they can be worn all day long! Although I marked "true to size", I took the advice of other reviewers and ordered them a LITTLE shorter than ordinary.

Perfect shoe for foot problems -
I suffer from dystonia on one foot and have a hard time finding the right shoe with the proper support. I found that I could shop for hours wearing these shoes with no problem. They are pricey, but I wouldn't hesitate trying other models of this shoe.

I Love Finn Comfort!
I just got my Finn Comfort Silt sandals from Zappos (quick overnight delivery!)These are amazing and by far the most comfortable sandals I've ever worn. I usually wear orthotics and need arch support - although these sandals have a removable footbed - the arch support is so good that I don't need to use my orthotics in them. The moldable cork footbed is like walking on a cloud! I wear a 40 in the Cusco lightweight sneaker but needed to get 1/2 size smaller and I wear 39 in these - I debated ordering a 38 to try but the arch supports feel perfect at this size. Be warned, they do look a little clunkier in person than pictured. I bought these for my upcoming trip to Italy and I wanted to really limit my shoes - I'm bringing these and my Finn Comfort Cuscos - I can't wait to see the new styles in Finn Comfort that Zappos say are coming this month - I will be buying more of this brand. I had tried a pair of Earth Shoes and Naturalizers but the comfort just wasn't there and I returned them and tried these. They are worth every penny and extremely well-made. Zappos makes it all so easy!

Wonderfully comfortable sandal -
This sandal does not chew up your feet (top or bottom). I love the adjustable velcro straps, my feet often swell during hot days or when I am walking long distances. I can wear this sandal on my daily hikes / walks without any problems whatsoever.

Finn Comfort shoes are wonderful. I used to have leg, foot and back pain after walking for even short periods, thanks to my flat feet...but no more! This is my second pair of Sylts...the first one lasted 3 years, and would've lasted much longer if they hadn't been chewed up by my puppy.

High quality sandal -
These are handmade, resole able, and have a removable, washable insole. Best walking sandals I've ever owned. Also, the arch support is so good that I can do without my orthotics.

I bought my first pair of these sandals in Chicago. They were so comfortable I bought another pair through Zappos. They were cheaper than buying them from the store. They are a very expensive shoe so the savings was appreciated. Being made in Germany I know they will last a long time.
Last summer I had foot surgery to correct a bunion and hammertoes. This is the only sandal I can wear for a long time and even take long walks in with out being in pain.
Thank you for coming out with a sandal I love! I hope I will be able to find a shoe that is equally comfortable as I have a very wide foot after my surgery (2EE-4EE).
Thank you, Zappos, for being my savior. I can't find wide shoes anywhere else. You are my best choice!

Comfort at its best!
I just ordered two more pair of the Finn Comfort Sylt. My first pair is about two years old now, and I have never found anything more comfortable. I'm looking forward to getting more of the Finn Comfort shoes in the future. They are expensive, but well worth the money.
