I am extremely pleased with the look, styling, fit, comfort level, and overall quality of the Tampa. As a former shoe company executive, I wish our factories would have manufactured this shoe!

Nice Replacement -
The replacement shoe was almost exactly like the shoe that was replaced with the exception of being a 1/2 size larger. We ordered the exact same shoe but this pair is larger and I have to stuff cotton in the toe for fit. The process of having the shoe was very pleasant and handled promptly. Our new shoes were shipped the very next day after our order was placed.

Nice Business Casual Look -
This is the 2nd pair of this style my hubby has purchased. The first pair we had half soled a few times until the upper finally was too beat up. He says it's a very comfortable shoe.

Next size down please!
Very, very nice shoe, but I would certainly recommend that you order the next 1/2 size down as these shoes appear to fit a little larger. Additionally, this type of leather tends to give somewhat. I would treat the width the same way.

Great shoe, but it does fit a little big all around. I have a wide foot and wear a 12 and often will get something a little larger to be sure. Did that here and although a thick pair of socks takes care of it and the shoe does eventually come back to the foot, I would recommend staying at your size and don’t add anything to be safe, in fact maybe a half size smaller. Quality is great, looks great.

My husband saw a pair of shoes for our wedding for $300, which was too much money. Then we found the Tampa which looks exactly like the $300 pair. These shoes really look higher quality than the price would suggest. He said they were comfortable also.

The Easiest Shoe Purchase Ever...
Because my husband has a hard foot to fit, a true half size difference between feet, it is often frustrating for him to find a shoe that he loves only to have one fit perfectly and be walking out of the other. For some reason, the Bostonian Tampa fits him perfectly. We were prompted to try Zappos because we were told that this shoe has been discontinued, but you had three pairs in stock, his size, so we had nothing to lose by trying. He takes extremely good care of his shoes with polishing, etc. and it is most likely that these will still be "walking" ten years from now. Thank you, Zappos, for the easiest shopping experience ever!

Great service from Zappos!!!!
Shoes arrived in two days....fit very loosely. Reordered a half size smaller and they arrived the next day. WoW! The half size smaller shoe is still quite roomy...these shoes are much larger than comparably sized Allen Edmonds and Johnston Murphy. But, very nice shoes.
It's a miracle that Zappos has yet to run every other shoe store out of business. When they say "service"...they mean it.

I really like the look of these loafers which I bought for dress. They do seem a little loose and I hope they'll feel more comfortable as they wear in.

Zappos Customer Service Gets 5 Stars -
This shoe runs much smaller than expected but not on the width as it was suppose to be a wide width as we ordered. We had to return the shoe twice. But Zappos return and exchange customer service department was excellent and easy to do.
The only thing I think should be explained on line was how to exchange a shoe. But once I was able to speak with a representative they helped me. The customer service people were very pleasant and accommodating!!

Really good especially for the price -
I agree that this shoe looks as good as shoes much more costly. It does run larger and slightly narrower than marked -- I always wear a 9 1/2 medium in every brand, but had to return these for 9 wide. Comfort is good when you adjust for the size and order accordingly. It is not that easy to find choices in woven loafers for summer, and Zappos had many options. Great!
