I bought the chocolate Uggs for my granddaughter\'s birthday and she loves them. She says they are comfortable and stylish. I had to exchange the Uggs for a larger size...Customer Service was very efficent and great to work with. The exchange was painless and the transaction was fast.

I bought these boots for my 9 year old and she absolutely loves them. Her sister has the fake ones from Target and these are so much warmer, have a much better tread on the soles and look so adorable. The color is beautiful. She has been wearing them to school and plays outside in the snow with them. We put waterproofing on them and they are holding up perfectly!

We don't get a lot of cold weather down here along the Gulf Coast, but my 10 year old daughter loves the feel and look of her Uggs. She's got some feet "issues," and most enclosed shoes give her heels endless problems. These are so soft and conform to her feet. They look great over her "skinny" jeans and with skirts. We're getting a purple pair, too!

Zappos has the best customer service of any online business hands down! My order was upgraded to priority shipping at no additional cost so I received my merchandise even sooner than promised. I ordered a pair of Uggs for each of my daughters. I had to return one pair and it was a snap! I printed off a shipping label from the website and dropped it off at UPS. That simple. My return was processed in a timely manner and my girls loved their new Uggs. Zappos offers quality merchandise at competitive prices and with a no hassle return policy. What do you have to lose?

This is the second pair of Uggs I have ordered for my daughter from Zappos. Each time has been an easy, problem free experience. We received each pair within a day or two, the first time during the height of the holiday season. She loves her boots and I won't hesitate to order again and have recommended Zappos to several of my friends.

Shoe Saleswoman. I work at a popular shoe store and we no longer carried the classic shorts. They are becoming more rare so I was very pleased to see that Zappos had a full stock in all sizes. I wear a 7 in Uggs (you should always go down a size because the fur will pat down and the shoe will become to floppy and easy to trip in!), so I ordered a 5 in youth. I also went to the website Chaseit.com and ordered a 100 dollar gift card. The web site gave me a "cash back bonus" from buying for them so they have sent me a $15 dollar check. I ended up getting these for a great price, better than my employee discount at work!

I just purchased 4 more pair of Uggs for my grandchildren; they love them. You can not beat them for comfort, warmth and style. They look just as good on boys as they do on girls (which I was worried about). Now I think I just might buy a pair for myself. Great boot!

These Ugg Boots are wonderful. This was the fourth pair that I had bought for relatives or myself.My granddaughter wears a 2½ so I went down ½ a size as I do for mine. They just barely fit, so I am returning them. I reordered the next size so she could have them for her birthday. Zappos is so great that they sent out the new size immediately and I will return the smaller size. I am so happy with Zappos, especially their shipping policy.

I have ordered 2 pairs of kids classics Uggs from Zappos and both times it was a easy process, available to me in the size I wanted, plus they shipped right away changing my shipping from standard to special delivery, getting them to me in one day without extra charge. They were perfect and fit well. Love them and I will be ordering another pair again. Can't go wrong with Zappos.

Love these boots. I don't buy women's sizes anymore because they cost too much! I always purchase a size 5 in kids since I wear a 7 in women. The candy apple red UGGS are to die for! Comfortable, fashionable and oh so cute! A must buy!

I received super fast shipping. I am very pleased with service. My only suggestion is that you purchase the UGG sheepskin water stain repellent spray before purchasing. We received the boots and they sat in the box for a week before wearing them as we had a hard time finding the UGG spray. At the time of my order, Zappos did not have that item on their website to order.

I gave these to my 6-year old for her birthday. She is usually very picky with clothes and accessories, but they are a huge hit. The name of the color (Candy Apple) alone won her over. She wears them constantly and gets tons of compliments on the new color.

We love the new red; gorgeous shade & perfect for all her little Holiday outfits! Got to love Zappos; their prices tend to be a little higher, but it's completely worth it when you are getting exceptional customer service and overnight shipping! It's worth it for "this" instant gratification girl! We order tons of shoes from Zappos from Converse (in every color to Cole Haan for mom)! Perfect!

This was 2nd purchase I made at Zappos. Both purchases were gifts to my daughter. Unfortunately, the 1st purchase, she did not like the style. What do I know? Fortunately Zappos had no qualms with return and refund. They even paid for return shipping! But the 2nd was a home run. She loved them! The discounted price was way below what I would have had to pay if I bought retail at a store. And the shipping was free! She knows this site and if she wants something from here again, I have no problem purchasing again from Zappos.

I am very pleased with my new Uggs and with the service I received from Zappos. I had purchased the wrong size and was able to return without any problem at all. In fact, it was free shipping both ways. When I called to request how to do an exchange I was confronted with a pleasant as well very informative salesperson. I order from Zappos quite often and have never been disappointed. Whenever my kids come to me with something they would like to purchase online I always check Zappos first and if it is an item that Zappos carries I am always able to purchase at a cheaper price with a faster delivery. My purchases have always been delivered the next day. I cannot say one negative remark about Zappos.

I think that Uggs are amazing. I've never worn them, but my friend has them and I think they are comfy, cute and they are perfect for anyone looking for a shoe that fits their style. Don't wear hideous clogs, just buy yourself some Uggs.

I bought these Uggs out of intrigue. A lot of my friends have them and being an anti-trendy girl, I've resisted the temptation to buy them for three years now. I gave in about a month ago. These are the best shoes ever! They're comfortable. They keep my feet warm at all times. I feel like I'm wearing uber warm slippers when I'm walking outside. It keeps me in my lounging mode. A definite must buy, but you need to be aware that Uggs do not stay fresh. They start to get that worn look easily. The creases, the wear marks, the salt stains. You have to buy these shoes with the mentality that they're not going to look good for long and that they're going to get dirty. That reminds me, these shoes will never be the same once you wear them in salted snow.

I purchased a pair of Ugg boots for my granddaughter; I couldn't believe how fast they arrived. She loves them and has already worn them. I feel Zappos is very reliable and I was not worried about using a credit card with them. I highly recommend them as I called them about another matter and they were very helpful.

Wonderful. I have worn womens uggs for years and loved them, but I tried the kids size for the first time and like them better. I\'m a size 6 1/2 and the Youth 5 fits perfectly. I\'m about 5\'2" tall and the slightly shorter height boot is better proportioned to my leg. I wear M width shoes but my foot is not big and the kids\' ugg is a little smaller all around which feels and looks less clunky with still plenty of room. Zappos service was fantastic as always.
