These boots were a Christmas gift for my daughter. Zappos sell the real thing...beware of fakes. UGGS are cool...so says my daughter.

My 10 yr old daughter received these UGGs in the chestnut color as a Christmas present. She absolutely loves them. I've heard no complaints from her regarding comfort and she is very verbal about shoe discomfort! The only con to this shoe is the price(thus, the lack of perfect overall rating.) You get what you pay for and they are great quality. I'd definitely recommend these shoes! They are perfect for skinny jeans and leggings.

These boots fit perfect. I am normally a size 5 in women's. The size 3 fits. I wear them all the time. They are warmer then my Bearpaw ones, and my feet do not ever sweat or get cold. I love them! And the Shorts are perfect because I am not tall, so they look better then the Classic.

Not only did you have her size in stock- they were less money than any other store around- and best of all you guaranteed them delivered before Christmas with Free Shipping! I placed my order around 11am on a Monday before Christmas- the boots in a perfectly presented UGGS box inside of the Zappos box arrived at my front door the very next day! Less than 24hrs delivery! The speed at which you got them out- remarkable! I went on to brag about my first purchase from Zappos throughout the holidays! The boots fit my daughter great so no need to return them. Bought these for my 10-year-old daughter. She LOVES them. Biased as I may be, she looks very cute wearing them. Most of the girls in her ballet class have a pair, so, of course, she wanted a pair too.

The boots were great, and my granddaughter loves them. I ordered the wrong color, but didn't know until Friday before Christmas when I gave them to my daughter-in-law who lives in another town. I called Zappos on Sat, and the person I spoke to was great!! They sent out the right color boots and I received them on Tuesday before Christmas, and was not charged for the second pair of boots. It was a week or more before I received the wrong colored boots to send them back, but Zappos did not e-mail me about the delay in sending them back. Not only were the boots great, but the service was awesome!!!!
Other brands recommended by reviewer: my daughter-inlaw never said about the fit of the boots.She just said she was very happy.

I was making a last minute purchase for Christmas to help out a family in need. I wanted to make sure my order was going to arrive on time so instead of completing my order, I phoned it in. I have never received such courteous service in all my years. The lady I spoke with went above and beyond to help me and was so polite the whole time. I placed my order after 3:00pm and it arrived the next morning. I ordered UGG boots for a little girl who it was all she asked for and yet was so excited when she opened them. She loves them. A friend suggested I get my daughter's Uggs at Zappos. After some research, I decided on the Chocolate in the Kids' size. The shipping was super fast (which was a big plus with my daughter so excited about getting them) and they assured me of a hassle free return should there be any problem. The boots fit perfectly and my daughter is thrilled. I would gladly tell anyone to buy from Zappos!

My uggs are awesome! They are totally worth the price. They are super warm and comfortable. Uggs are cute too. They're nice to wear as slippers around the house or out. They were pretty true to size, but if you are a half size, I recommend going down a size.

I have worn Uggs for quite some time and love the fit, the look, the ease and comfort. My 6 year old granddaughter wanted a pair of boots like "Grammy's". I bought the Uggs not knowing if it was just whim on her part and must report it's more than that! She loves the Uggs and has worn them almost non-stop since she received them at Christmas. We don't have that much cold weather here normally. This year has been a tad different with a record freeze. We're waiting for the thaw to see if that will pry the boots from her feet. Baring that I think her foot will have to grow to get her out of them! Will repurchase next size needed and in several colors for my "Sweet Syd". Wonderful product and well worth the price.

Great boot! Bought them for my 9 year old daughter, size is perfect. As always Zappos was a pleasure to deal with, fast and efficient. The only thing I will say about this boot is the black has faded a little bit. You need to treat these with suede protector a couple of times.

AND I was upgraded to priority status. I have to say WOW. This is the most impressive online service I have had from retail - ever. I bought my wedding shoes from you back in Feb, and I do recall how fabulous your customer service team was. I can't believe I have waited this long to purchase from Zappos again. You went above and beyond my expectations and I greatly appreciate that-esp. in these times. I order online a great deal because of my busy schedule and it is hard to go out and go shopping.
