I needed a pair of walking shoes that I could easily get on and off. I recently broke my ankle in 2 places and had difficulty with everything I tried to walk in. These shoes are very comfortable and helped me to walk better. They are a bit clunky though. I would not wear them to work! I recommend Zappos to everyone! They have the best customer service around!

I ordered on a Tuesday and received that Friday. The shoes are very comfortable and the price was considerably less than custom shoe stores. I wear two different sizes, necessitating buying two pairs and throwing away 1 left shoe and one right shoe. I am very satisfied.

After reading numerous reviews submitted by others who have purchased these shoes I decided to purchase a pair in white with blue trim for my mom. Not only were the reviews very positive, you had the shoes available in size 5! What luck. My mother told me they fit very well, are very comfortable and have great support. They look great too! They are exactly what I was looking for. My mom is recovering from a stroke and these shoes do a wonderful job of supporting her feet and ankles. The shape of the sole works very well for support and rolls with you as you walk, making it less likely to trip over the toes. I assured my mom that if they didn\'t fit just right I could return them for a different size. She said they were perfect and couldn\'t imagine any shoes fitting or feeling any better than these shoes do. I have a feeling she\'ll want another pair just like these. Perhaps in another color. These shoes are perfect for anyone who is going through physical or occupational therapy, difficulty with ambulating, or tying their shoes, or just want a great pair of walking shoes. I had never heard of Propet prior to my search for the perfect pair of shoes for my mother. We are both very pleased with this purchase as well as the wonderful service Zappos provides. Thank you.

The shoes are a little too big; however, I think I will try to wear them with thicker socks for a better fit. If I had not worn them outside, I would return them because the largeness rubbed a couple areas on my foot sore. I got my usual WW because I don't like to break in shoes; however, I should have gotten just a W. If other attempts to wear the shoe comfortably doesn't help, then I'll just donate the shoe. Zappos, however, has the best service and choices and is about the only place I buy shoes. Thanks!

Love these shoes. I've had at least 10 pair of these Propet shoes. I really like them because of the velcro straps. My feet tend to swell in the heat and it makes it so easy to deal with. I just hope that Zappos doesn't change what with Amazon (or whoever it is) that's buying them out. They are the best in customer service! I love the free ship both ways!

Great shoes for wide feet!
This is my 2nd pair of Propet Tour Walkers, I love that they come in XX width so I have something that fits my foot! I have 10+ pairs of Propet shoes, I think they're great! And so is Zappos!

I needed a shoe that an orthotic would fit into. This works wonderful. It fits well, is not clunky looking, feels wonderful and I would highly recommend this shoe to anyone. I will order another pair in a different color.

Prophets do the job, so-so look -
I ordered this show because I needed something wide enough for orthotics (another story) and easy to slip on and off at the airport when traveling. They fill both needs admirably. Well-made. They would not be comfortable for me with the normal footpads -- too little support, no cushioning. The heel is a little wide, but strapping them more snuggly than normal takes care of most of the slipping. (They are wider than I'd normally choose for orthotics, so I don’t know whether this would be true in my usual size.) I feel a little clunky in them, but I'm satisfied -- I had to go through three different brands before finding this one -- it works.

Perfect Comfort Shoe -
This is the ONLY shoe I can wear! I have a bad back and need shoes that support me well. Also, my feet have always been difficult to find shoes for. These are the only shoes that don't hurt when I wear them. I've worn only these shoes for the past 5 years. If I have to dress up for something (rarely), I wear these shoes to the event and change to flats when I'm there.

I have been looking for a comfortable shoe for my feet. I have diabetes... so need a comfortable size toe box. This shoe fit that need... but the problem is that I also have a very wide foot and high instep. It took me about 15-20 minutes to get the shoes on... the width was fine, but the instep is not comfortable. I have had very swollen feet for almost a year and nothing seems to bring the swelling down enough for comfort. I have worn them twice... but am waiting for good weather, so I can walk outside. If there was a shoe another size wider with a higher instep... it might help. I could actually probably wear a size shorter... but am not sure if that is something that's available.

I Love Them!
I have arthritis in my feet and especially in my big toes, so I need a walking shoe with a roomy toe box. This is IT! They are very comfortable and I love the velcro straps! So easy! And they look great! I will definitely be ordering them again!

I purchased these for my elderly mother in a nursing home and the shoes are great for her since the velcro enables width adjustment. Quite comfortable and look nice as well.

Very comfortable, true fit, good support, my orthotics fit great and the velcro closure is wonderful - so convenient and easy. This is my second pair. I highly recommend them and you can't beat the price and the extraordinary service from Zappos.

Best walker ever -
I recently had a bunion surgery, and after the removal of cast and dressings, my foot was still swollen and sore, I'm a walker and I was very frustrated about not been able to fit in my shoes, the Propet shoes are the best orthopedic shoes, comfortable, and suit my needs, help to go to the transition of my post surgery. My foot is no swollen but I still wear them, perfect support and very warm!!! Thank you Zappos!! I got them on the following day of placing the order.

Tour Walker Review -
I ordered this shoe for my elderly mother who has arthritis in her hands and age related balance problems. She says they are the most comfortable shoes she has ever worn. The support is great and she has not had to use her orthotic inserts with these shoes and her foot does not roll in the shoe, helping her balance. They were very true to size and the thin sole at the toe prevents her from a trip and fall. I was delighted to see these come in white so I can order a pair in the spring for mom's spring/summer wardrobe.

Best shoe for the money.
I have worn these shoes for 1.5 years. I have a high instep and very wide foot and find it difficult to find shoes that are so comfortable. My feet swell often and I can always count on being able to put these on and being comfortable walking. Easy on, easy off also. I am ordering another pair. Thank you for being there. Perfect solution to problematic situation -
My daughter has had a stroke and can only use one hand to put on her shoes. Also due to medical problems she has dependent edema. We got the double wide and the fit and ease of putting on and fastening is wonderful. Additionally adjustment from daily fluctuations in fluid are no problem due to the velcro straps. They don't slip in the heel or pinch at the ball of the foot. Great shoe!

I am a nurse and on my feet most of the day. I had struggled with different shoes before I found a pair that would make my feet comfy, and give good support so I wouldn't feel so fatigued at the end of the day. These great shoes are the answer! They felt a bit narrow at first but after a few days of wear are absolutely perfect and oh so comfortable. Thank you Zappos for the great service, products and reasonable prices.

Great Walking Shoe -
I bought this shoe for my mom who has edema in her ankles and needs a very wide shoe. I bought her a 4E width and finally got a shoe that she could get on her feet! She absolutely loves these, and the velcro closures are great and makes getting them on and off much easier for her than ties. Thanks Zappos for stocking shoes in very wide widths, because they are so hard to find!

My daughter has cerebral palsy and her feet are deformed and she curls her toes. I haven't been able to find double wide shoes in our area. I bought these in white a few years ago and came back for black.

These boots take the Ugly out of Uggs. They are SO cute on and amazingly comfortable, I don\'t ever want to take them off. I am now a believer in Uggs. I have narrow feet and wear a 6.5 but found the 6 to be much more comfortable so if you have narrow feet, order a half size down.
