I'm on my feet for 16 hours a day. It's comfy but gets a bit tight during parts of the day due to swelling of the feet. It made my toe joints hurt but it gets better with each wear. Maybe I'm still breaking it in, I've wore it for 4 days so far. Overall it's a comfy work shoe.

I bought these to avoid looking like an American in Europe -- a good idea if you don't want your wallet stolen! They are lovely shoes! They are beautifully smooth inside for those of us who loathe socks, they're well shaped with space for the big toe, and no squeezing into a pointed space God never made. They hold a shine, look sharp, and while they are cut exactly like dress loafers the boys wear, this is actually good. I looked put together every time I wore them. Only one negative: They weigh a lot! Once you get them on, you don't notice it, but if the distance grows long, your legs do notice! Some air space in the heel would lighten the load. Otherwise, I am searching my shoe closet for something I could legitimately throw out to replace with a second pair in brown!

I LOVE these shoes! I am on my 3rd pair of black ones (I wear them a lot), and was excited to find brown ones on Zappos, too. They are very comfortable and perfect for the pants suits or other pants I usually wear at the office. Even if I switch into heels at the office, I wear these for the commute. NOTE: I do wear a 1/2 size larger in Franco Sarto shoes than I do most others, so if you're on the fence about the size, I suggest trying the larger size.

I bought these based on all the good reviews and what they say are all true. Bought the calf black and love it. I wear size 8.5 regular width and size was perfect. Very comfortable. Nice looking and dressy enough for the office, but comfortable to wear casually, too. Wore right out of the box. Liked it so much, I bought another pair in the patent black leather which is really nice, super shiny/classy!!

Wonderful shoes for work. Very comfortable and well made. I do think they run slightly large. I usually wear a 7 1/2, but with the thin black socks I wear with them, a 7 fit much better.

After Clarks discontinued the loafers that I had been wearing for years, I didn't know what to do! I have some foot problems as well as other joint problems, and I can't wear just any shoe. After searching the internet over and over, I found the Franco Sarto Bocca on Zappos. I was skeptical that they would work for me, but I was oh so pleasantly surprised! They are GREAT! A solid heel assures a steady step and I'm able to walk or stand for long periods of time. I wear them to the office almost every day and they look great with business casual or just plain casual.

This is a stylish, comfortable shoe to wear with jeans or nice casual pants; not really a walking shoe, but comfortable to wear all day for average activity.

These shoes are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. I am a flight attendant, and I didn’t even have to break them in before working my flights. Highly recommend.

You won't be sorry with this shoe. It’s simple, but elegant, design, makes for a beautiful and most comfortable shoe. When I wear them, it feels like my feet are in foot heaven! They are designed for the real anatomical structure of the foot. Looks great with slacks, dressy or casual. It is my first pair of Franco Sarto Bocca shoes, and I was not disappointed. I always look forward to wearing them.

Love these shoes!
I had a pair Boccas in black and wore them to work nearly every day for a year and a half. I loved them so much that I bought another pair to replace them and also bought a second pair in brown (Cafe)! They are extremely comfortable and look great! I love the style. I also love that these come in wide...woo hoo!

The perfect work shoe -
The Bocca looks professional in the work setting and is comfortable from morning to night. Across all brands, I have yet to find a shoe that matches this one for style and comfort.

This is my Third Pair!
I have had three pairs of this shoe in black. I purchase the first pair at least 9 years ago and the second pair 4 years ago. As you can see they last a long time - never see to go out of style and fit well. I happen to wear a 9AAA, but I ordered an 8 1/2 AA (narrow) and it fits well. Probably because the tongue of the shoe is higher on my foot. Also, break in period is short - put them on and go. Franco Sarto - Never quit making the Bocca!!

This is the second time I have purchased these shoes, I absolutely love them. They are stylish, simple, and require no breaking-in...they are so comfortable!! Zappos did a wonderful job and even shipped these next day for no extra charge!

Perfect pant shoe -
The Franco Sarto Bocca is the best work shoe. They are very comfortable, true to size, and take one wearing to "break-in." I highly recommend these shoes. They are durable and well worth the money.

I'm a creature of habit. I got this shoe to replace some that look just like it. I am really satisfied with this shoe. It had the squared toe that I was looking for. The black was perfect, not too shiny and not too dull. The only negative thing is that it could use a little more cushion. I stand eight hours a day, so the first few days were a little rough. A good pair of insoles and problem solved.

Franco Sarto's Bocca -
These are great shoes and I am thrilled to see that they are back and available. They were very comfortable (although a little short in the toe area), but everything else was great and I have continued to wear them. They are just a classic pair of shoes and I'm glad to have them back as an option especially given the amount of running around that I do. A pair of stylish, comfortable flat shoes is essential!!

This shoe is so comfortable. Cannot find them in the store anymore so at least I can buy them online. This is basically my spare pair just in case I cannot get them anymore. You can wear them with jeans or with casual pants. They are very stylish and come in brown also. Worth the money.

My favorite loafer -
Love this shoe. Great loafer with a timeless look. I bought my first black pair several years ago and am on my second black pair (they last forever but I didn't take time to get new heels on them before they were to worn down to re-heel) I now have them in brown and navy also. Just couldn't find any I liked better.
Other shoes recommended by reviewer: The Franco Sarto Nolan is great for something with a little more heel. Will soon be buying my next pair of those.

I purchased these shoes for work. I spend the majority of my day on my feet. They are very comfortable and were quick to break in. While somewhat bland in appearance, they work well with my casual professional attire.
