Well fitting shoe. I really love these new shoes. I was getting frustrated that I could not find a narrow enough dress shoe that I could stand and walk in. I ordered a triple A in these and after a couple of days working them in, they have ended up being comfortable work shoes. I did need to walk outside a bit so the shoes would not be slippery.

This is my second pair of shoes ordered from your company in 2 weeks! This shoe fits my foot perfectly, almost like it was custom made (11 AAA), only at a more reasonable price! Great style, good fit and right price. Thank you for speedy shipping. I wasn't expecting it to arrive so quickly, but it just added another incentive to purchase additional products from you in the future!

Pretty shoes that fit pretty well. I wear 6.5WW and it is hard to find comfortable shoes. These are decent. The heel is a good height and the insole is nicely cushioned. The reasons I can't rave and say they are perfect are: (1) there is a seam inside right where your baby toe hits and this rubs and irritates a corn, and (2) the material is very stiff, could be a bit softer, more pliable. Overall a nice dress shoe I can wear for a few hours; that's more than most for me!

I had broken my ankle, but need a dress shoe for my child's upcoming events. This shoe is perfect. A low enough heel, good "traction" and dressy enough for a 50-year-old. It handled my still-swelling ankle just fine.

Trotters are very comfortable and supportive. These are the only brand of dress shoes I buy due to the arch support and being one of the few companies that offer size 11.5. I have both blue and black pairs of JAmie and I am quite happy with them. They fit great.

The shoes are tight on the toes and so are uncomfortable after a short while. They look prettier for the wearer than for anyone else.

\r\nThese are the most comfortable shoes. I have peripheral neuropathy and it is difficult to find comfortable shoes. Zappos is the only place I have been able to find a good variety in AA. None of our local shoe stores carry the AA. \r\n\r\nThanks.

This shoe is unique: it fits beautifully, it is elegant in design, and most important it has a heel that is rarely seen now-a days that enables the wearer to walk comfortably and even dance. Since I am 83 I know that in the distant past the heel was called "Cuban" because it was worn by all of those sexy tango dancers!! I do believe that young women will find the shoe equally attractive because it does wonders for elegant ankles. I seem to remember that Jackie Kennedy wore pumps of similar design.

The shoes are a good fit. I have a hard time finding shoes as I have a narrow foot and a high instep. I liked them as they have a strap across the top of the foot.

These are the only shoes that fit! I wear a size nine AAAA and these Jamie Trotters are the only shoes I can find that really hold my feet in place and are comfortable. They are also attractive. If you have a super narrow foot, try these.

I bought the white pearlized color for a wedding. Althought they were fine for the wedding, and true to fit, after that, I wished that the soles under the ball of the foot was more padded with cushion. I would feel every bump. Also, I like the retro crossing of the straps, but I hadn\'t realized that it actually looks a bit "old lady" looking as opposed to retro. In this price range, the shoe is fine. Had I paid more, I wuold have wanted more cushion and more style. I wear an 8N and in sneakers I wear orthodics, but not n dress shoes. My arch was fine.

Loved the heal. I have bad knees and these shoes were a great choice for a dressy shoe. The straps became a bit uncomfortable as the evening progressed.

Miracle Shoe -
If you are difficult to fit and have narrow feet with even narrower heels, then this is the shoe for you. It runs long, so I would suggest a half-size, smaller and if you have trouble with feet sliding forward, as I do, then your worries are over because the design of the straps prevents this from happening. The heel is just the right height to keep all of your weight evenly distributed in the shoe and not just on your metatarsal arch. Great shoe!

My favorite dress shoe -
I have a pair of this style shoe in taupe which I have worn for 4 years. I finally found one in the pearl white on sale and grabbed the last one in my size. I never fail to get compliments on this shoe and they are comfortable from the first wearing. The first time I wore the pearl white shoes I wore them all day long. My next shoe will be the same in black.

Cute shoe, not so comfy -
I love the way these shoes look. They're comfortable save for one thing -- the X on top cut into the top of my feet. I wore them for just a few hours at a party last weekend, and was unbelievably happy to remove them. Wish that weren't the case.

I have had two pairs of Jamie Trotters for a few years. Recently had foot surgery - bunion and hammertoe. I ordered another pair in a wider width and larger size and they fit properly. This is a stylish shoe without being frumpy. It is adaptable from casual to dressy. I will be ordering an additional pair. Thank you for your prompt and great service.

Great wedding shoe!
Bought these for my wedding because I already owned several other pairs in this style (in black, navy and silver)! I have a size 9 EEE foot with a high instep (top to bottom of foot is higher than usual). On this shoe, the elastic needs to be broken in, but after that, this is THE most comfortable dress shoe I have ever worn. I added some three inch diameter silver costume jewelry pins with pearls to the criss-cross elastic to make it more dressy--it really made these shoes POP!
It was important that the shoes I wore to my wedding were comfortable, as I have plantar fasciatis.... I have found these shoes run about a half size shorter than I normally wear (usually an 8.5 EEE), but the size 9 was perfect.

Nice low heel, dressy shoe -
I bought this shoe for dress wear and ordered it first in narrow width. I returned that pair and tried the medium width which was more comfortable for me. Don't know if the shoe runs more narrow than most or if it's because I wear Crocs most of the time and my foot has spread. Anyway, the shoes are comfortable enough now and would suit many types of occasions.
