We looked everywhere for these boots for a Christmas present for my wife. They came and were a little big so I returned them of a smaller size. There was only one pair left and they shipped them out before they received the others back. I have purchased many items online for many years and I have never had a more pleasant experience than I had with Zappos. I think anyone that talks to anyone in customer service will have the same opinion.

Beautiful Brown Boots -
These are some of the prettiest boots I've ever seen. A good friend has a pair of these and got so sick of my constantly commenting on how I covet them that she told me to please go ahead and order some for myself. I was surprised there was no insole in them, but I have a narrow foot and needed to add one anyway. Now, with the insole, they fit perfectly. Great with jeans as well as dresses, this is a wonderful accessory. Love them!

Amazing color, suppleness and fit. Beautiful and sexy in their own way, esp. with nice jeans. I can see how maybe a thin insert might make it feel more cushy, but it hasn't seemed mandatory. I wear an 8.5 B; can't often wear narrow-toed shoes without going up to a 9. Got these in an 8.5 and they were just perfect. These are my first Luccheses; felt a little leery about the price, but expect to have them for a very long time. Timeless and fashion-proof.

50's lady in Lucchese boots -
From the moment I placed the boots on, they were a perfect fit in every way. They were subtle, soft and the heel height was just what I wanted. I have had compliments on these boots everytime I wear them. As you can see, I love my boots.

These boots are beautiful! This is the first cowboy boot that fits my instep. I tried the Lucchese N4518 because I wanted a pair of rough outs, but they were too tight across the instep and too loose in the heel. When I tried on the L4551, I was hooked. No break in required here which is a big plus. Everyone notices these boots.

Luchesse Classic -
Stunning look with excellent workmanship. I was surprised there was no insole in this boot and thus they are not nearly as comfortable as the many 1883's I love wearing. Zappos was great answering my questions about the boot and I elected to keep them because they are so good looking. They are big enough for the standard thin foam insoles sold everywhere. I am a small size 9 and bought a 9 - they fit fine. Can anyone say enough about Zappos amazing quality and service!!

Great Boots and Service -
I am very happy with my purchase from Zappos. I bought on your site after reading all the wonderful reviews. I bought and returned a pair of Lucchese’s that turned out to be Charlie Ones, which ran huge. Then bought these which are so beautiful. I already own 2 pairs of 1883's which fit perfectly the minute they came out of the box. I love wearing Lucchese boots and can not wear another brand since buying my first pair. I would have returned these for a smaller size if it was available, but I will insert pads, so they can fit right.

The boots are spectacular!They feel like I have owned them for years.
The fit is perfect.
I had great success with the changing of sizes. The costumer service was impeccable.

Lucchese Suede Cowboy Boot -
This is a beautiful boot. I ordered it in a size larger than I usually take, because of comments in the reviews. The size I have is now too big. I find the boot to run true to size not small. FYI. I hope I can return and switch the size. I love the convenience of ordering online, but it is a drag to have to return things. Great Boot - true to size.
