These will be my new favorite shoe. It is so hard to find a shoe wide enough in the toe box without the heel being too wide for my foot. Bought 2 pair. Great shipping service also. Thank you Zappos.

These shoes are very plush inside and well made on the outside. They are by far THE most comfortable athletic shoes I\'ve ever owned. They are stylish and not clunky. I think they are a great value for the price. A minor point worth mentioning; the trim on the laces is green which is not mentioned in the description and not visible in the pictures. It\'s not bad, I was just surprised at the color difference. (*I purchased the white mult-leather) Also, I don\'t feel enough arch support in these shoes. I will add an insole with more arch suppport. \r\n I have to say Zappos\'s delivery is amazing! I ordered these shoes and received them the very next day..with free shipping! For this kind of service, I will never again buy shoes anywhere else. Thank you Zappos for another great shoe buying experience!

Very comfortable shoe with supportive, but well-cushioned insole. And, miracle of miracles, it comes in narrow and actually fits.

This shoe was softer than I had expected for a walking shoe, but is probably the most comfortable and supportive that I have ever worn. The lacing is helpful, and the sole smooths out a lot of the joint stress of walking. The size was what I expected; I have "square" feet, and the 8 wide fits perfectly!

Just received mine today and am already ordering an extra pair in WW width. These are the most "out of the box comfortable" shoe I have ever experienced. Thank you, Zappos, for carrying the WW width because they are not available most places.....fast, reliable service, too.

Easy comfort! Finally, at last! I've ordered 4 other brands of walking shoes from Zappos, and thanks to their excellent return policy, I've returned them, ordered these Easy Spirits and they are keepers! Not only do they feel like you're walking on air, the fit is great, the style is excellent and I can't wait to take my next walk! Excellent choice of sneakers, I'd recommend them to everyone! I had my first pair of these shoes 2 years ago. I usually buy Reebok for this type of shoe, but when I first tried these on in the department store, I smiled and sighed. The sales clerk helping me said that reaction was the same as everyone who tried them on. The stripe color was not my favorite, not one I would have chosen, but the comfort was so appealing, I bought them anyway. I never regretted it. I'm still wearing them, but recently I thought I would like a new pair for times I didn't want to wear these older ones. Having had great success with Zappos when I purchased other shoes, I thought I would see if Zappos had the same shoe. Not only did they have the same comfortable shoe, but with a variety of stripe colors. I didn't hesitate. I ordered immediately and had them almost as fast. The shoes are great and you can't beat Zappos for customer friendly service. Try this shoe, you will love it. And Zappos will not disappoint!

I use the shoe mainly when on the treadmill. I find the shoe uncomfortable due to lack of arch support. I tried placing a gel support in the arch area only to have it feel as if I place something in the shoe, and eventually I took it out because it didn't stick properly. I should have sent the shoe back. Before I bought the shoe, I believe a review stated the same concern. It is true; this shoe is for flat feet with no arch.

These are a good overall walking/everyday shoe. I have a narrow foot, and some of the other Easy Spirit shoes are cut too low at the heel which causes slipping. These are cut high enough that my foot stays in place. Doesn't have as much cushioning as some of the others, but a good value for the price.

These shoes are excellent! I always buy Easy Spirit, and these didn't let me down. They're comfortable right out of the box; they didn't need any breaking-in time. I can wear them all day and not even realize that I have them on. I love these shoes, and I love all Easy Spirit styles!

Inconsistent sizing?
I LOVED my old pair of these shoes from Zappos.com and wore them out. Ordered the identical style/size to replace them, but had to return them as they are too big. The size difference is noticeable just by looking, and they simply will not fit, even with bigger socks. Disappointed to find no other sizes in stock at the time. I saw no other mention of size problems in reviews, so maybe it was just an anomaly. Too bad. Ordered a pair of Fitzwell walking shoes instead, which fit well but aren't quite as classy looking as the Easy Sprit Romy.

Happy at last -
I must have tried six pairs of shoes and returned them before finding these shoes. It is always difficult to find a new style when your old favorite style is discontinued. However, Easy Spirit's Romy fits just great. The toe box is roomy, the heel does not slip, and the sole has lots of traction for the snow. Thank you Zappos!

I love easy spirit -
I've tried so many shoes & I have found nothing that is better than Easy Spirit. I have a very difficult foot to fit. I have a very high instep, wide foot, short foot and a fat foot. So going into a store has always been difficult at best, as most don't carry an EE width. When I put my feet into an Easy Spirit, I do not have to break them in. They instantly feel comfortable. And the price is much more reasonable than that of most other brands. YES, I will forever wear EASY SPIRIT.

I got these for my 11 year old daughter who wears an extra wide. The shoes are light weight, comfortable, and are attractive. She's not a tennis shoe fan, but she likes these.

You should get these!
I've had lots of different kinds of sneakers over the years but these, by far, are the best that I've owned. They not only look good, but they have great arch support and really cushion my feet as I walk. I have knee issues... and it's painful to walk when your joints are being jostled by impact. I walked all day long on the very first day I wore these with no problem! Right out of the box I knew that I was going to be a loyal Easy Spirit Romy girl!

Comfortable!
I have a problem getting a comfortable shoe due to thick toenails and a very narrow foot. I found this shoe at a department store in 8 1/2 narrow and it's great. I would like to buy another pair but I'm going to keep searching.

Easy Spirit Romy in 7.5 Narrow -
I was on the fence about ordering a 7 or 7.5, and am happy that I went with the longer length. My toes have extra room in this extraordinarily comfy and great looking shoe. Feels good on the foot.

Nylon eyelets -
After two pair of shoes with nylon loop eyelets breaking I gave up. The shoes fit as described and looked trendy. The eyelet problem has to be fixed before I will buy these again.
