I was very disappointed when I received these slippers. They were completely mismatched, though technically the same size. The left bootie was lined with dense, plush fleece that was pale cream-colored and completely filled the "collar." The right bootie has a darker, thinner, hairier fleece (fur?) that I swear seemed like a different animal. It was patchy and barely covered my ankle. This made it seem like I was wearing two totally different sizes and styles. Zappos kindly offered to give me a better pair, but I switched to Old Friend, which has a plusher wool lining and is less money!

I love the workmanship and the looks only I wished you had something exactly like it but with a much thinner sole. They are actually way too heavy for my knees. \r\nHushPuppies used to have a model called Sarah I believe and they were nice and light and looked exactly like your boot.

Love My Minnetonkas -
I've had a number of different Minnetonkas and love each and every one of them. I wear a size 10 and they always fit true to size. Tried the acorns, but with their sizing, medium was too tight and large too big. I must say, the acorns have more cushion to the soles, but couldn't get the fit right. Zappos, once again, is tops in customer service.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: Acorns, unless you're a true 10, then they won't fit.

Great Slipper!
Great slipper, very comfortable. Super warm when it’s cold, and don't make my feet sweat when it’s not. Isn't the cutest shoe with jeans but it is a slipper. I wear a 7 1/2 but got a 7. Fits perfectly, it just needs to be worn for a little while to break in. My break in period was only one night!

I actually wore these outside and felt pretty good about it. I didn't mean to; as a busy grad student, I just needed something comfortable to wear in the studio. They're actually sort of elf-ishly adorable, and incredibly cozy. A bit more expensive than Minnetonka's more basic offerings, but well worth it, in my opinion.

Good product -
I bought these as a gift for my wife. The size was correct as promised. She approves of the comfort and practicality of the shoe. She wears them in the "AM" in and out of the house prior to the working day.

Cozy Slippers -
These slippers are very cozy and warm. It is nice to be able to wear them cuffed up or down. The only complaint is that there is a bumpy feeling on the inside seam of the right slipper. Hopefully it will not rub and will smooth out with wear.

Perfect slippers, made in USA -
My slippers were waiting for me when I got home from work the day after I placed my order. They were almost perfect straight out of the box and totally comfortable after a day of wearing them. I never want to take them off.

I ordered these La Canadienne Lotus boots in cherry red. A friend suggested I order a half size up--so I did. I am very pleased with my boots. They are super comfy -- requiring no breaking in period. I think the quality of these boots is very high, and the style quotient is equally high. My only complaint is I see they have been reduced in price a few days after I ordered them!

These slippers are very warm, which is why I bought them. I wish that I had gotten a size larger because with socks they are too tight. I’m wearing them anyway in the hopes that they will stretch out. With out socks they are fine.

Comfy from the start -
Got these after searching for replacements for a pair of "desert boot" style slippers that were literally falling apart. I was looking for a slipper that had some ankle warmth, yet was still easy to step into rather than having to be pulled on. The Minnetonkas fit the bill as they have a nice room opening at the top. Fur can be turned up or down as you please.

AHHHHH!!!!
When I first tried these on, the shoes were too tight in the toes and I was afraid that I would have to return them. But after wearing them for a couple of days, I can now say "you'll have to pry these puppies off my cold dead feet!" They're just wonderful. Never would I have thought that I'd pay this much for slippers - but I'd do it again. They're worth every penny!

LOVE LOVE LOVE these!
We got these booties a few years ago for my Dad, and after I kept stealing them they bought me my own pair. The only problem I have with these, is that my kitty Gary loves them as much as I do! He always falls asleep with his head in them! These are a must!

I got these for xmas 2 years ago and I really enjoy wearing them. They're comfy and warm and they've held their shape. I'll probably wear them another 2 years. Good buy! I also love shopping at Zappos. Good prices and fast shipping!

Soft, warm and comfortable -
I bought a pair of Minnetonka's for my husband one year ago and had to immediately buy some for myself. I got this Minnetonka ankle boot for myself and have recently bought a pair for my mother as a Christmas present. We love them! They are so warm! I wear them with thick socks in the winter time. I bought the size that I wear normally, they do run big, which is perfect for me because my thick socks fit in them comfortably. Perfect for cold winters or cold floors.

MY slippers -
I tried on several pairs of shearling slippers, but when I put these on I said, "These are MY slippers!" I've worn shearlings for several years of various manufacturers in winter and even summer. The only drawback, which may change as I wear them, is that they "eat" my socks. As they adjust to my foot (the shearling lining is sooo thick) that will probably change.

Warm shearing booties -
These are wonderful slippers, especially for us in the colder part of the country. I realize the northwest (Seattle) can't compare with the eastern northern part of the country. I highly recommend them.

Great winter slippers -
Very comfortable & warm. Didn't need breaking in. I've worn Minnetonka products for decades (I'm from Minnesota!) & never have been disappointed. When these wear out, I'll get another pair.

Very comfortable slipper-
When I first tried on these slippers the arch supports were hard and uncomfortable, but by the next day they had conformed to me feet and now the slippers are the most comfortable slipper I have ever had. I especially like the way the fleece can be worn up or down. Very good looking!

Cozy slipper-
I bought the Minnetonka slipper and the Ugg Roo slipper, a pair for myself, and a pair for my mother as a Christmas present. I tried both on to decide which one would be better for my mother. I chose the Minnetonka as it seemed roomier [we both take the same size, but her feet are quite a bit wider. Both felt cozy and warm, although the Roo might possibly be warmer.

Nicely made and great fit-
I got these in the light purple color, and at first thought they didn't fit right, but after 2 days they're perfect- just takes some time to conform to your foot. They are very comfy and can be worn outside if you need to take the garbage out or whatever. They seem to be made very well...
