Good evening, I had to send a note after the wonderful experience I had with your company. I have been driving all around town looking for a pair of shoes as I was not familiar with your company. I called and spoke with some customer service reps. and was blown away by their attitude. I told them that I needed the shoes quickly and they managed to exceed my expectations.
