 |  | I've been shopping from Zappos for the past three years or so, and I just wanted to drop you a note for being, without a doubt, the best company I've ever shopped with. Though I've written plenty of strongly worded complaint letters, I've never written a gushy love letter until today. Your service is outstanding, in the truest sense of standing out from any other competition. Your returns process is absolutely painless, and your generous 365-day policy means I never have to worry about canceling some plan or another to rush to the post office in time for a return. On the one occasion I've called your support line (I hate phones!) I didn't have to wait long and the woman was friendly, courteous, to the point (I hate boilerplate greeting crap that wastes my time), and helpful. And your selection of wide shoes means that I will probably never shop anywhere else again. Lastly: I can't tell you how much I appreciate that every interaction (from the website to the boxes that the items come in) has some personality. From the confirmation e-mails to the shipping alerts, it feels like, gee, an actual person somewhere made that, and it wasn't just a generic computer-generated message straight from the box. One request: it'd be awesome if you could tweak your shopping UI and allow multiple category selections. I hate that I can't select low heels OR flats but have to do two separate searches every time. Same goes for colors and styles (i.e. blue and green and heels and OR sandals). Very frustrating. But love glosses over flaws. You guys are awesome.
