 |  | Several years ago, I ordered a pair of Ugg boots for my daughter for Christmas. They were the wrong size, so there was some initial disappointment on Christmas morning. However, that disappointment was short-lived. Amazingly enough, someone at Zappos was working on Christmas day, took care of the return process, and shipped out the boots immediately. This is the kind of customer service that has kept me loyal to Zappos. Last year, I purchased a pair of Frye boots for my oldest daughter, who is at college. Sometime during the winter, she called me, saddened that the stitching in one of the boots was coming out. I finally got the boots back from her this week and called Zappos. I had no expectations of how the problem might be resolved, but called anyway. Much to our surprise and delight, Zappos offered to replace the boots at no cost to us. This is the kind of customer service that keeps me coming back to Zappos, particularly since we live in South Dakota and do a lot of internet shopping because of the lack of shopping options. If only every other business treated its customers this way!!! Thanks again so much. Zappos is amazing and its employees deserve recognition and appreciation for dealing with customers in such a pleasant, polite, and helpful manner. |  | ~ , August 21 2010
