My son ordered shoes and accidently had them sent to his old address. He realized this after a week of not receiving them. I called you folks and explained that the shoes went to the old address, but the new tenant said they didn't have them. You REPLACED the shoes immediately. I was shocked. The original package wasn't even accounted for and you were sending a replacement. The original package was eventually found. Your customer service reps were very helpful in finding a solution to this problem. You have THE BEST customer service I ever heard of. Thanks again... I tell everyone this story and they don’t believe it. It’s so true.
