Hi, I finished reading Delivering Happiness a while ago, I bought it because I run a company based on top-shelf customer service as well and I got some great new insight and ideas out of it. My brother ordered boots from Zappos then told me how he ordered them Sunday and they arrived Monday morning with free upgraded shipping. When I needed a new pair of motorcycle boots I ordered from Zappos and was impressed with the service. I then bought and read the book. When preparing for a trip less than a month ago I needed a hat and some new shoes, guess who I ordered from, seeing that I needed them in just a couple days? The Zappos rep on the phone upgraded me to VIP status and shipped my order out next day air at no extra cost. Zappos rules.
