I have been shopping at Zappos for many years and you have raised the bar again on your customer commitment. I placed an order for a pair of shoes on Sunday morning and they were already shipped to Florida and on a UPS truck by Sunday night. Are you kidding me - on a Sunday! I really did not expect them to ship until Monday, let alone get them from KY to FL on the same day! That is just unbelievable speed and efficiency. I have been spreading the word about Zappos for years now and will continue to do so - although your reputation is very well known anyway. You customer service model has no equal and I am just another of the committed shoppers. Hey, I am in the market for a new car - have you ever considered the auto market???
