I was so excited about the UGG boots I bought, but they didn't fit right, so had to return them. The entire process from beginning to end was exceptional, and the customer service agent was AWESOME! Thank you so much, I guess good customer service DOES still exist. Too bad other companies can't take a page from Zappos book! Thanks, you've acquired another life-long customer!
