I just wanted to say that I am very impressed thus far with the service I have received from Zappos! I chatted with a rep when I was online looking at shoes. She was able to answer my question immediately. I am very impressed with the offer of free shipping on my purchase and returns. My order was 2 pair of wedding shoes and I purposely ordered them both so I could pick which one I like better. The email I just received confirming the order also said that my shipping status was upgraded for free. AWESOME! I can't wait to get the shoes and I'm going to tell everyone I know about ya'll!
