Dear Zappos Customer Service, I have never written an email like this before but your high service level prompts a response. I have been working with Zappos on a pair of defective sandals. I have tried 2 different pairs of the same shoe and they have both fallen apart. Everyone I spoke to was excellent friendly, flexible, productive. Between the excellent customer service and the way you stand behind the products you sell, I would like to never buy shoes in a department store again. The coupon was the icing on the cake.
