 |  |  | Dear Zappos, I just wanted to let your company know that I had a wonderful shopping and customer service experience and I think this website is great. I've been looking for a particular type of shoe for months. I've looked EVERYWHERE, including Vans stores, various big name department stores and the Vans website, but never could I find these shoes that I figured must not exist. Yesterday I thought, “Well, I might try that Zappos website that always pops up on Google when I'm shoe shopping.” I can't believe you had these shoes! As if that didn't make me happy enough, the free regular shipping and no sales tax made me even more excited about my purchase. This was yesterday at around 6:00pm. Today I came home from work at 3pm to find a UPS sticker on my door telling me I missed my Zappos shipment! I checked my email and saw that my shipment had been upgraded to UPS next day... they had come less than 24 hours after ordering and this was free. Even though I missed the shipment, I thought it was the nicest thing that I was upgraded to UPS and could have received it so quickly. I think your customer service is absolutely incredible and I want you to know that I will be telling all my friends to shop on Zappos.com.
