It's been a long time since I've seen a company like yours go above and beyond what's required of them to help out a customer. An order on Saturday and arriving on Monday (after Easter)? An overnight exchange on good faith of the customer's product return? You guys never cease to amaze me (I've used your website to order shoes about 5 years ago and yesterday) and it's this kind of courtesy and customer service that has earned my trust.
