WOW - what good service. I ordered a pair of KEENS last evening just after our supper, maybe about 7:00pm and via email you told me that you had upgraded their shipment to me. Was I ever so surprised when they were delivered here to me this morning, not even 24 hours later. They are the right size; I have tried them on as the KEEN shoe is all that I can and do wear, and they are what I wanted from looking at pictures on your site. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
