I LOVE Zappos! I have to tell you- I recently ordered a pair of shoes from another online store. I didn't order from Zappos, because I was looking for an older (past season) style of Earth shoes. It turns out, this store didn't even have the shoes in stock (although they had advertised it). There was no apology- and they only emailed me with the "news" after I called and emailed them twice, inquiring about my order. They sure charged my credit card quickly- and that's all they did! This would NEVER happen at Zappos! I made a huge mistake in going anywhere else, and I will NEVER do that again. I will go without shoes before ordering from another company. Thank you again for all of your awesome customer service. Even without the overnight shipping (which is darn nice), you are still #1 with me! I'm a loyal customer for life! I heart Zappos!
