We are totally flabbergasted!!! My daughter called me at work this afternoon to say that her perfectly fitting “Chinese Laundry” shoes had arrived today!!! How in the world did y’all get them here so quickly?!? Thank you from the both of us because her Prom is coming up on May 3rd and there was a push to possibly have her dress hemmed. Zappos will most definitely be the company I tout to my friends (and no doubt she will tell HER teen friends in high school) as having THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE and DELIVERY.
