I will tell everyone I know about Zappos! I am blown away by your customer service and in the future will always check your website first when shopping for shoes and handbags. When other companies charge an extra $25 to ship overnight and tell you that it may not get there, it's truly amazing that Zappos says, "Sure you'll get it, no charge, no problem." Thank you so much!
