 |  | PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR BOSSES READ THIS!!! I cannot say enough good things about your company. For starters, your customer service has always been fantastic and you are VERY FPO/APO friendly. In addition to all of these amazing things, I recently placed an order and for some reason, even though I selected overnight shipping (I had a race this past weekend), my order summary didn't show it. I called your customer service to inquire about the error and your customer service rep updated my order. She did not charge me and mentioned you had just recently ended a promotion with free overnight shipping. Anyway, through conversation I mentioned when I was in Iraq that you had the promotion going when I was there and laughed because nothing gets to Iraq overnight. Anyway, she welcomed me home and was just awesome! Well, that night I got an email saying my order was being specially processed not knowing exactly what this meant until I got my running shoes the next day! On Friday, I received the most amazing flowers from your company thanking me for my service and welcoming me home. I am floored and appreciative beyond anything I could possibly express in this email! I have told everyone I know about this story and I will be a Zappos customer for life. Not to mention so will my family and friends because the gesture was so genuine. I am so impressed that a customer service representative had the power to make a simple decision about shipping. Most company's Customer Service representatives can't accomplish the simplest of tasks without asking a supervisor. Again, thank you SO much! The whole experience made my week and so proud to feel so welcomed home by a fellow American. God Bless America and Zappos!!!
